Hey Christine,
Google searching the error prompt you received (thank YOU for making sure to include this important part), I discovered that others have experienced the same thing.
One WordPress moderator suggested the following when a user asked for help:
"This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site."
If this does NOT solve your problem, please Google search the error prompt IN FULL, and read through other suggestions offered.
Hope you find this helpful.
Why are you changing your WordPress password? You don't need to do that unless you want to change your password.
Are you sure you mean WordPress, or Gravatar?
Can you take a screenshot and attach it to your reply?

I offered comments at Site Comment, but cannot submit my comments.
Anyone facing this problem?
I'd forgotten, but I had exactly the same problem.
And the same solution.
The problem was that I thought it was just giving me the opportunity to get a gravatar associated with an email address.
It needs to be clearer that you can't submit until you've done this.
Hi Christine - from what you say and the comments below it sounds like you may not have a gravitar. If that's correct, the Site Comments page directs to setting one up.
If you get stuck, post back and I'll try to help.
Ian
I tried to make comments on the platform, but I got banned for making the wrong type of comment. They have strict guidelines on how you are supposed to give the comments. I think that there is training somewhere on how to make the comments. I don't know exactly where the training is, but I saw it somewhere it may be on the comments page or you may type in "How to make comments" on the training portal.
Sorry to hear you're having problems. The Site Comments page could be just a little more helpful for newcomers. Yes, there are guidelines on how to leave comments which will help everyone., but the page doesn't link to any training.
There is lots of training about it. Here's just one: How to write a good comment 1 It's also important that you leave a 'comment' and not 'feedback.' There is a separate section in WA for feedback. Dr Vic Explains: Feedback vs Comments Hope this helps.
Ian
Thank you for the links, Ian.
These information are helpful. We should not get confused between feedback and comments.
I found that out after the fact, but I really don't have the time for comments anyway. Trying to write content is taking most of my time anyway. Thanks for the links I look at them later. As always the members is what makes WA the best place for anyone to learn how to make money online. Thanks for the support and encouragement. Sruffey
Glad it helped, Sruffey. It's actually not difficult once you grasp the basics - add value, be relevant, etc. But my advice would be to only select topics that you know somethign about.
When you leave comments you get credits so you can then ASK for comments on your posts and these can help you rank in Google.
But content does come first so work on your site and dip into comments when you feel you need them.
All the best,
Ian
I did also a few minutes ago Christine. I read the article came back to enter my comments and was told “I had to read article first”

I'm facing problem editing my profile in Wordpress. When I added new info and press update, the new info was not there.
Hi Christine,
This info may be of help I found it useful. How to Create a New User in Wordpress and Why should you Create a New WordPress User Best wishes.
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the information. I created new user but having the same problem. I cannot add new info to the new user.
Christine
What "new information" is it that you are trying to add Christine?
If it is a new password, that option has recently been removed from WA hosted websites. This was discovered recently when another member wanted to create a customized password and could not.
Hope this helps you.
Hi Trish,
I wanted to add my Google+ URL and edit my bio. I cannot update any of these.
Thanks!
Christine
Hey Christine,
See screen print below... that link should appear below your WP bio: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/christinebso
And... you need to look for the "Follow Me on" section to share your Google+ URL and any other URL you want to share.
It both are missing... let me know.
Hi Trish,
Thanks again for looking into my problem.
My problem is edit profile in Wordpress, not in WA. Sorry, maybe I didn't state my question properly :).
Please look at the image below
I want to add my Website, Google+ and My Bio.
When I enter those information and press Update Profile, those info just disappear.
Thanks!
Ahhhh... I'll BET it has something to do with the script that is removing our ability to create a new password.
So... here's what I would do. Contact SiteSupport https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support and provide them with ALL of the detail you shared with me here, INCLUDING that screen print (so there will be no confusion) and let's see what they have to say about it.
I would LOVE to know what they say if you wouldn't mind updating this, I'd surely appreciated it.
Hi Trish,
Support told me to try a different browser and it works.
It works for Chrome and not Firefox.
Thanks.
Christine do you clear your browser. That could be the problem.
Hmmm, on your profile page you press "edit bio" then after you press "save," and it still do nothing.
Christine please go to "site support" for help. They will help you.

Thanks Frank!

Does the length of website articles affect ranking?
Hi CSo, I write articles exactly the same as GuyfromNB. I agree that keywords are important to be in the content for ranking. Have a great day. Dave
Hi Dave,
Thanks for answering my question. I am now paying more attention in using keywords.
- Christine
Some say that it does, saying that, you need to have at least articles that are as long as the one showing up in the first 10 results of Google for your keyword.
I personally go for articles over 1,000 words in it. And I follow the recommendation of going for 32 searches per month and below 100 QSR when looking a keyword with Jaaxy.
Thanks for the information, Guy!
Oh yes, I will check the first 10 results of Google for the same keyword.
- Christine
It all depends on your niche and competition.
In any affiliate marketing niche longer (1000+ words) tend to rank higher. But the number of words alone don't give you ranking. The quality of the content is also important.
That said, I have a Norwegian blog where I rank #1 for 3-400 word articles. But that is a low competition niche and I have put a great deal of work into marketing via social media, which helps pull rank up.
Thanks JHaugland! I will try 1000+ words good quality content.
I have not try social media yet. I will be doing my certification course 4 on social media this weekend.
- Christine
Thanks Gomer!
Trying to make it to around 1000 already make me sleepless. :)
- Christine
Hi, Christine.
Your post must be different lengths as far as word count is concerned as per Kyle's training. He also said the w must try for at least 1000 words. According to him it does affect tanking, and he said that Google like articles with a lot of useful information.
A word of warning. Be aware to not force your articles by repeating things just to make up the word count.
I hope this helps.
Hennie
Thanks Hennie! I will try to aim for 1000 words. Thanks for your warning, that's helpful.
- Christine
I just watched Jay this morning, he made a comment Post length 1000 words.
I don’t know if it affects rankings?
Wayne
If you mean ranking within WA, the answer is no. If you mean ranking on Google, you don't want your articles too short, but I don't force them to be 1200 words either. Make sure you've thoroughly covered everything appropriate to the keyword and you'll be fine.
Thanks Jeannine! I mean Goggle ranking. Most of my articles are about 700-800 words. Are they too short?

HI, yes as you are grandfathered, 25 siterubix subdomains and 25 premium domains.
That would include Registered, Transferred and / or Pointed to WA servers.
Or
All included within your Site Manager.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
Does all domains registered with WA considered part of the 25 premium domains, or only those with Nameservers ns1.mywahosting.com/ns2.mywahosting.com ?
I have answered that above.
Ok. Thanks.
You're welcome.
