Yes and no. You can keep your domain name but WA only provides hosting on your domain name for premium members. What if I Leave WA and Come Back Later? To discontinue your membership you'll need to cancel your account in your Account Settings Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing

The essentials are just tow things - webhosting and a domain name. The webhosting is included in your WA premium fee. And every year you'll have to pay $10 - 15 to renew your domain name - whether it's registered at WA or elsewhere - Godaddy, Namecheap etc.

I've registered with Google AdSense, and they responded "To connect your site www.managebipolar-disorder.com , copy the code from your AdSense homepage and paste it into the HT
You copy and paste that code. Go into your theme settings, under "header". There is a text box. Paste it there. Then wait for a few days for Google to respond. It doesn't change anything on your website so don't worry about how it will appear to the public.

as Jimmy said, a domain has to be purchased separately.
If you choose and register a domain here at WA (SiteDomains), it's set to auto-renewal by default. This will ensure that your domain will be automatically renewed as it expires using the payment info you've used when registered.
Same goes with third-party domain registrars such as Namecheap. You can choose auto-renewal and they send you early reminders of an upcoming domain expiration. And this regardless if auto-renewal is enabled.
A domain expires on the same day you've registered it. This varies as you can pick for how long you want to register.
For example, you register a new domain name today. The time you choose is 1 year. The new domain will expire on October 19, 2017.
If you choose a registration of 2 years, then it would expire on October 19, 2018, etc.

Domain is an additional cost and ranges between 13.99 - 15.99 a year. When you go to siterubix you need to click on domain and you can search for an available name and find out the cost.
