Yes and no. You can keep your domain name but WA only provides hosting on your domain name for premium members. What if I Leave WA and Come Back Later? To discontinue your membership you'll need to cancel your account in your Account Settings Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing

I'm transferring my domain name from WA to Blue Hosting. In the process, I could not proceed as the verification code they send to the domain-email, which I can't access.

What are the items required to maintain my blogsite? Domain hosting fee ? And what else?
The essentials are just tow things - webhosting and a domain name. The webhosting is included in your WA premium fee. And every year you'll have to pay $10 - 15 to renew your domain name - whether it's registered at WA or elsewhere - Godaddy, Namecheap etc.

So let's say if I am to discontinue WA membership, would I be able to continue web hosting and domain services with WA? Or do I need to search for another Web hosting and domain services?

I've registered with Google AdSense, and they responded "To connect your site www.managebipolar-disorder.com , copy the code from your AdSense homepage and paste it into the HT
You copy and paste that code. Go into your theme settings, under "header". There is a text box. Paste it there. Then wait for a few days for Google to respond. It doesn't change anything on your website so don't worry about how it will appear to the public.
