Actually, Randy, I have used entireweb in the past.
If your content is good enough you will gain some
traffic and get sign ups. So does it work, yes?

Google have penalised them. Also there appears to be a history of not paying their affiliates. So it appears caution recommended.

You don't want the trackbacks. I read an article on it and basically it is 2 blogs talking to each other automatically. It is usually used by spammers and if you accept trackback from spammers then your google ranking can be affected from what I understand. I have been reporting them as spam as the few websites that I clicked on were not legit and actually sites I would not want to associate with.

Trackback and pingbacks are a hangover from the early days of Wordpress and blogging itself. You should turn them off in Settings > Discussion. :)

I use Pinterest on a regular basis.

I have one main board for my website. The only things I pin to this board are graphics from my website.

I have several other boards that reflect my pillar pages on my website. I post graphic images with keywords related to my pillar pages.

I also have other related boards where I will post the same graphics, but I change the keywords to match with the boards. I also re-pin other pins to these boards.

The graphic shows how this works (very basic). The second graphic shows the "reach" within Pinterest.

Yes, I have just started Pinning my posts to my Pinterest account. I set up my own categories. Since I am promoting Wealthy Affiliate I set up some categories like "Wealthy Affiliate" "Websites for Affiliate Marketing" "generate affiliate income" "Everything WordPress" and thew in some general interests I have to make the board interesting. Kyle said in a training video to make sure we do that so our board doesn't get boring. One of the boards I have lots of activity is "rehearsal dinner" and wedding boards.

Yes, Randy, I do use Pinterest in my Posts, and I first get an account there and make each topic under a different file name. Gather the Pictures there in each of the differently named files. From there once I have quite a bit in each file.

I Make my posts with the 3-4 Keyworded titles so that Google will put me on the first page of Google. Then I sit there and finish each paragraph with the highlighted Large #3 Title face in an appropriate Color to accentuate the feeling of what is ahead of the readers.

Then I go to upload pictures on WP in the unfinished Article and find those pictures on Pinterest that I made in each file. Then start to put them onto my Computer ahead of time.

If you know how to make them into a special file [which I don't], you can go to that file name " Pinterest Pics" and choose what best describes the emotions of that set of 2-3 paragraphs in your Article. Uploaded to where the cursor is placed that you want that pic to be put in.

So choose wisely what pics represent that emotion that you are trying to display to emphasize what that part of the Article is giving off. That leads them to finish the Article and find that link for that product that you want that person to purchase.

So far I have not used it to promote an affiliate review to (I have a niche website) but I created a separate board for my website. I have seen others from here do the same for their sites promoting Wealthy Affiliate.

Doing a quick Google search for "Share App ID Missing" (without the quotation marks, of course) I was provided with several forum chats on this very issue.

You might find it useful to run this search and read through the chats to see if there is a resolve offered.

I don't know too much about this, but have you tried contacting facebook support? It might be worth a shot
