Myself? Hmmm. Mother of two, grandmother of two, widow, survivor of brain aneurysm. Some people who know me describe me as a very strong woman, but I am simply like everyone else -- a work in progress! When life throws me a curve, I deal with it the best that I can and rely on family and friends to help as they are able! Both children are grown, although my son has autism which causes him to function much younger than he physically is. My blogs center around my life experiences, in the hopes that I can show others that they are not alone and can also overcome!

Looking for some advice -- at the present time, my boyfriend pretty much pays all the bills, etc. I have already signed up for Premium and now in Course 2 I am being asked to purchase a domain. From those who have been with WA for some length of time, is there a big advantage to doing this? I have read through the training -- just wondering if this could be done at a later time or if it is best to do it now. Thanks in advance!

You can do it later with no problem. If you start on a free siterubix domain and then decide later you want to purchase one you own you'll be able to move the content over with the click of a button. It's pretty easy. Start with free and get your feet wet :) Nothing wrong with that.

Good question. You can do it later although it should only cost around $15.00 at most and that is an annual fee. You can continue for a while with a siterubix but a .com carries more weight with most search engines and you will eventually want to do that. I promise you, there are no other fees or charges you will need to pay. There is Jaaxy to use for keyword searches but I don't use it - WA has a free keyword search tool.
Hope that helps you in making your decision.
Blessings,
Debby

Thank you! My boyfriend is a bit skeptical about this so I don't want to spend too much up front....But since I saved on the Premium membership, I can probably get him to approve another $15. I want this to be successful and it sounds like that is probably the way to do it.

Regarding your URL (domain name) question, yes you can do it later. However, if you are at the level where you are instructed to buy it, then it means you won't be able to move on much unless you do. Yes, you can build a SiteRubix site for free, but your own personal .com website address (domain name) is where you eventually want to be. There is good instruction in the training on how to select a domain name.....take your time with it and don't be in a hurry. A good domain name, which is relevant to your website niche, can be an important ingredient in your eventual success.

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".
I know, same thing happened to me when I started.
I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.
Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

If you want to promote WA and work within the "make money niche", go through the Affiliate Bootcamp training. If you want to build a business within another niche, head through the Get Started Here training.
Focus on just one though. You are going to be much more successful if you focus on one business/website versus trying to do too many things at once. You can always diversify down the road.
Hope this helps you out here Kristin!

Looks like you've reached a fork in the road. No worries, I went through the same thing. You should only choose 1. May I suggest, from previous experience, go with the thing you're truly passionate about.
Kyle, the co-owner, recommends you should work on one website for at least a year before you start another one. PM me if you would like further explanation, I dont mind.
If you're passionate about your niche it may be easier to write without having to struggle with it. Plus, I believe you can offer your readers the most value this way; from a level of expertise.
Hope this helps,
Jonathan

Well, I have been through almost everything with my son's autism other than the fact that he is verbal. Right now he is in residential care 3 hours away from me -- if I can help even one family avoid that or aid in helping make that decision easier on them, I am more than willing to do it!
