Hey there,
How come that the site trust shown in the details overview of the Site Manager is constantly at 0%? What can I do to improve this particular measurement?
If you continue to add content to your site it will improve by 10% per month. This is how my trust has been increasing.
Jerome
I believe you have to make sure its secure... Google changed their guide lines recently and wont approve unsecured sites.
Hi Merlin! There's a blog post that might aide you on site trust: 4 Key Elements to Building Trust I hope this helps.

H Merlin,
How long have you had your site up? As long as you are writing quality content, site trust increases by 10% each month your site is active.
The 12th (yesterday) marked month number 5 for me and my site trust is at 50%. Hope this helps.

Hey folks,

You can use the link that is underneath the video. Then viewer's can just click on the link. It will take them right to the video.
Hope this help.
Hey Merlin,
You could use this one: https://youtu.be/By9Zh1G2Wi0 as it is hosted on YouTube and set to share with public.
Sorry, that is not allowed, you may only link to WA, however, you can use this particular video from Youtube.
https://youtu.be/NbaPsv1OFo4
Ok, thank you, Loes! As always, much appreciated :) What's the difference between using a youtube video and taking it directly from WA?
However, thank you for sharing the youtube link :)
You can only use video's copyright free when they have an embed code. All other videos are not free. And it's for the owner of the video whether he put's it on Youtube or Vimeo or something, or not

Hi all,
I noticed, that my recommender, who brought me to WA, writes roughly every ten days a PM asking how I'm doing. But this seems to be just a matter of form because
You are right! In general, the referrers should care more about their referrals... My referrer is quite absent, but at least I can PM him and I get answers...
And yes, we should see if someone is not active anymore, that would be great...
Yeah, maybe I'll write Kyle to check if they can build in some monitoring of absent sponsors.
Hey Merlin,
Use that member's neglect as motivation to prove to them that you can do super well ... and succeed even if they chose to ignore you! As Loes has already stated ... the community will GLADLY adopt you ;-) helping you whenever you need it.
Don't worry brother. Just go on with WAU. Be thankful that you've known and come to this community through him. There are many resources and consultants here and you'll never lack what you need to be a successful online entrepreneur.
Hey, Jimmy, I'll do so. Thank you for always encouraging and motivating me :) This means a lot to me!
You are referred by SimL, I can see by his rank and his blogs and questions, he is not very active. But don't worry, we have a really helpful community, who are very willing to assist with every question. Ways to ask questions at Wealthy Affiliate
Wow...I have not had this problem because I use the search bar on my page to ask questions. But it needs to be addressed before it becomes a real major problem. Sorry for your disappointment. But it will get better. That is one thing that happens when a business starts growing as fast as WA is.it can get a hiccup once in while. But I'm sure whoever your sponsor is , he will be getting a lot of pm's. Hopefully that will fix it.. Best to you. Stay focused on your goals. It gets better. :) Judy
Hey, Judy :) Thank you for sharing your opinion! Sure, I do use the search bar if I have questions and I do talk to the community first. My intention to raise this issue was to highlight that it's not ok if a WA promoter ducks and disappears while getting help requests (in this case it was him, who opened the conversations, not me). Especially, during the first weeks, it is important to build trust with the WA platform. In the beginning, you don't know anybody, and you have this "special" connection to your sponsor. He/she is the one, who introduced you to this platform and therefore must be the one who you have to trust the first months of your journey. I know this feeling because I've been here for only four weeks now. Sorry for my bad English.
Yes it should always be the responsibility of those of us that refer others to help them when they need it. Matter of fact, WA designed a function that would alert those of us that refer people to WA when they would ask a question or reply to our posts on their profile page.
That being said, and after some brief research, the reason why the person who referred you to WA is not answering you is because he is no longer a member. And how do I know this?
Well I first looked at your profile page and scrolled all the way to the bottom to see who it was. I immediately recognized this former member. This was a member that I referred to WA and I know he is no longer a member. And when you look at his profile you will see the word "Canceled".
Hey, Robert! Ok, that makes sense. Thank you for this detailed answer. So, he might have automated his PM's? This should get forbidden.
UPDATE: I double-checked, who it was, but on his profile, you can see, that he answered to some comments a month ago. Furthermore, there is no "Canceled" on his profile but the "Premium" tag. Maybe you've picked the wrong one?
@boomergp08 "Cancelled" is visible to you because he joined under you. No-one else can see that, to the rest of us it looks like he's still here as a premium member except for his rank which is 600,000+.
No, I picked the correct one. SimL was my referral and he is no longer a member.
As for the automated PMs and comments...This is what everyone at WA need to set up. It is part of the referral system. All of the greetings by Kyle and Carson are also automated.
If a non-WA member should happen to read this discussion of yours on Google and decides to join WA from it, if you do not have your automated greetings and reply PMs set up, they will not know who sponsored them nor will they be greeted by you.
That could be a lost opportunity for you to make some money.
I feel your pain...My sponsor has never reached out to me...I do not even know their identity...BUT I do have a keen interest for knowledge and I use the search tool to seek out the Best training here...Keep up the good work and forward and upward progress!
Thank you, John, for encouraging me :) Yeah, I know, this community is great and so on, but I just wanted to remind the WA promoters to keep up their promise of start-up support. ;)
John, your sponsor is Kyle. All you need to do to find out who sponsored you is to scroll all the way down to the bottom of your profile page and see who it was that sent you the initial welcome post.
I somehow assumed that everybody receives this greeting from Kyle...but I understand that our task is to set up an auto res ponder message message to each new member we bring in...is that correct? I regret having stated that my sponsor has never reached out to me as I have gotten may messages from Kyle...I know he must keep quite busy...but as I progress and develop a solid business perhaps I will be able to converse with him personally by e-mail and perhaps even speak to him by phone. How cool is that to look forward to!!!
Well, my sponsor has indeed reached out to me, but that was a month ago ;) But yes, indeed, that's an awesome outlook!
I remember you asking here, how you can find your recommender so you can thank them.
I also remember answering that question - it'll bring in money i.e. they will get 50%
Well... I faced the same situation as you, when I first came here, but I love this awesome community as there are too many to help, and I do not need my sponsor.

Hey all,
Since it has been a while that anybody asked this question: Is it still not possible to access the domain's emails on my iPhone? Forwarding to gmail appears to
Use the SMTP settings and set up IMAP for incoming on your iPohne. Use SMTP settings as is for outgoing.
Choose no SSL
Ignore port numbers for both. The iPhone will select the right ports automatically. (At least mine did).
I can both send and receive with this setup on my iPhone7.
This should work on native email client on MAC as well.
Email clients for windows are more tricky because there is separate passwords for incoming and outgoing mail, and that is not common and many email clients don't support that.
And remember that IMAP is the best solution for fetching mail. That makes it possible to access from multiple devices.
Strange, since it works on mine.
Try deleting the account and set up again. It must be 'Other* type account and set up manually. In the first input, put only the incoming mail settings including password. Then go advanced and set up outgoing with separate password.
Click SMTP and click smtp. siterubix. com for advanced settings
Turn on SSL
Authentication: Password
Port 25
Click advanced settings
Turn off SSL
Authentication: Password
IMAP prefix /
Port 143
S/MIME off
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything in detail, much appreciated!!
Sadly, I have to say, I tried all combinations, moved back and forth between the settings dialog, but ... no success. It always hangs when I click the '"Next" button in the advanced SMTP settings dialog.
Retrieving works, finally! At least a partial success. :)
Thank you, J! Thumbs up!
Good to hear that it worked. The port 63 thing could be an issue with your internet service provider and what ports they allow.
It still works with 25 and 143 on mine :)
Hi Merlin,
I'm in the same boat. Hopefully, someone will chime in with a solution. If not, I guess site support would be the next step.

Hey guys,
I just thought about who or which site brought me here, but I can't remember. Since I wanted to thank this person personally I wonder how I can find out who it
Gratitude is great!
Anyways, whoever brought you here will get 50% of the membership fees you pay. If you can bring in people, that can happen to you.
Good luck.
Yah, I know. That's why I'm gonna build an affiliate site, besides my other project.
I'm looking forward being a webmaster of two great sites in the future!
Good luck to you too! ;)
This is the LINK for someone brought you here. It can see from you profile scroll down to the end.

Quality content and activity...most importantly, it just takes time.
