I would typically run in badges of hundreds and send the pages that are not indexed for indexing. It usually takes 10 seconds or less and saves me hours of work.

Nothing wrong there if you have the time! It took me less than 10 seconds to run a whole batch and point to members that all their links need indexing, so they are careful.
