After I altered my Post Blog , my post content disappeared? Does it have to get re-Indexed through Google. or maybe I should change it back to where it was?

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh, and try again. You can also try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

You can also empty the servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Abie

Okay well they again
Thank you

You are welcome, Ray1

By disappeared, what exactly do you mean? After you update your content, you will want to click "Update" within the back office of your website, and once you have done that visit this post and click refresh in your browser to refresh it.

PS. Let us know if you need any further here. ;)

I think I have done allthat but let me Chek again.
I'll let you know...
Thanks

The content is still missing.
Also, how do I find out whatmy password is I may have changed it but now it is hidden and I tried to get on another computer but don't know the password now,
I can still get in with my phone.

HI, do you mean that you edited a post - and its not showing up on your website ?

What kinds of 'changes" did you make ?

Hi......
I edited the Post Title that is all.....then updated it
Bit the the Post content disappeared.

okay, check this out from Eric If you have already published and changed it, that could be the issue

Okay...
Thank you...

You are very welcome. I hope you get it sorted out.

That is very cool, Elvis has been my favorite since I was little. All my friends still make fun of me, lol, but who cares; he is the King. He is still my favorite. I wish I could have seen him live, but I was only 6 years old when he died :-(

He was the best still is in my opinion.
Thanks
Still have the same issue...Kyle jumped in to see if he could help me.

My All posts from Dasboard is not layed out right and don't know how to correct it.

As you know, you can always ask for Site Feedback here

What is your website URL? Can you clarify, please? I am not sure I understand.

mobile-massive-profits.com

I noticed that protecting the content makes it harder to find the issue when I click the developer tool (F12); however, may I say that this is NOT bulletproof? I can view the page source and easily copy the content if I want to.

view-source:https://mobile-massive-profits.com/

I can see you have different font sizes, and it sounds like the issue is with the page's CSS or HTML.

Have you tried different browsers, perhaps getting different results?

No I haven't you think that would help?

Try it and see if you get a different result; maybe that's what is causing the issue. Obviously, there's an issue if it displays well in your back office but not on your website... Do they reconcile?

No...when I am in the content editing it looks to be okay...but not okay on the website

Also I am using Microsoft Edge

Yeah, that's really odd. But you can try emptying browsers and servers' caches and see if that changes.

More drastic could perhaps be CSS and JavaScript loading, HTML structure, theme or plugin conflict, or settings.

Yes, site support is fantastic and very helpful here at WA.

John

Hey Ray,

Contact SiteSupport and explain in as much detail as you can... even provide screen prints if that will help, as they are the ones who can assist you in fixing this issue. See screen print below...

Hope you find this helpful.

Okay..
Thank you

I hope it has been figured out?

How do you install word press.org on a new website, I downloaded it but what do I do after that?

Should I have gone to the free site first? Because for my second site I purchased a dot com site instead. But its been a week and site is not Google Indexed yet.

You may speed up the process by registering with GSC, GA etc.

However in the normal scenario, it takes a good two weeks for a dot com to be indexed in the search engines.

Thank you...Appreciate it

No worries and you're most welcome!

You can go to Site Builder

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/buildbac

Choose a free domain, enter credentials and follow procedure.

Tutorial I hope this helps.

Hi Abie,

Getting Started

I have several blogged articles and as you scroll down currently it is all one color. Is there a way to change the color individually for each Blog ?

Hey Ray,

Seeing as you have already received answers to your question, I'm hoping that you won't mind my chiming in here with an opinion.

I have a tendency to NOT offer an option on anything... but for some reason, I have the urge to, here.

So... here goes.

When visiting sites with coloured backgrounds, I tend to leave them for the more basic white background.

Why?

Well, because I'm interested in information, and a white background with sizable text works best for me, and I've learned that serious, and more professional site owners never use coloured backgrounds behind the text.

Have you visited a university website, for example?

The K.I.S.S. principle works simply because people want information presented in a professional manner... proper grammar and spelling, etc... but not necessarily the ambience that coloured backgrounds tend to emit.

Hope you find this helpful.

Thank you for that input of info I guess I was just thinking it would be less boring to read .
Thank you

You can make your content less boring to read by simply writing though you're speaking to a friend. You know... show excitement, when you're excited to share information that you've discovered... that sort of thing.

That's why the saying "the pen is mightier than the sword" came to be.

The gift of words really can stimulate and motivate when used correctly.

Just NEVER, EVER use words to manipulate with lies, for obvious reasons.

Ask yourself about the last time you sought information online... did you care about the colour of the background of the site you visited?

I too used to be stuck with design issues that really don't matter. Layout does, but design really doesn't matter as much as quality content.

when you are editing the post then if you look across to hte right sidebar you get to change the colour of the background...
if you add in the twentig plugin you get ot change the text and background colour...
and other bits like spacing between paragraphs and headings....
