I have been out of touch for a while. Did Abie Leave? What Happened?
No one knows why or what happened she deleted all her posts and last week I noticed any new messages sent to her profile was deleted after being absent for a while.
i sent here a PM but no response at all I think her subscription is still active here but why she is not replying or not active, nobody knows except Abie
I know that there have been many active members who have come and gone on the platform over the years, which I understand. I always think it's nice to alert other members when we intend to move on, but we are all different.
That's true, Andre; it's a nice thought that you sent Abie a message; perhaps you will hear at a later date.

That's an interesting question, JD! I agree with Eric. Abie was very helpful in the live chat and I am sure she helped many. However, it ended exactly how I expected it to end. It's good to try and be transparent on the platform.

Sounds like Abie’s moved on. She used to spend, no joke, upwards of 15 hours a day on here. She did this for years. And most of the time, those are the types of people who will suddenly stop and go all in on something else. She was very helpful to many people. Maybe she’ll be back to visit sometime.

Abie has always been straightforward.
Oh well, people do things or have things done to them based on very specific circumstances.

I just logged in today for the first time after about 5 months. I immediately started checking to see if "TheAbie" was still here and was shocked to find this post! I have to be honest, I'm glad to see she is not here anymore (unless she's hiding behind a new account).
I was super active last year after re-joining WA in March, up until around August. The reason I "gave up" and left was because of Abie. Many might not have seen it or noticed it, but if you were a very active member and trying to help others on a regular basis, she was toxic. She was very threatened by anyone moving up in the rankings.
It wasn't just me either... I chatted with a few other members who had the same issues with her. I could go into detail of all the things she used to do to me and others, but I won't stoop to that level. Suffice it to say, she totally soured me on WA and I decided to leave.
Maybe now I can give it more thought and decide if I want to come back and get active again.
BTW, I eluded to this in my blog post 5 months ago before I signed off. An Early-Retirement Revelation Of course, I wasn't going to go into detail in that blog post, so I tried to keep it positive. I was kinda hoping Kyle and/or Carson would reach out and ask me what the real reason was.
I understand what you are saying. I hope you'll decide to stay here at WA and build your business.

Thank you Mel, and good to "see" you again! 😊 I just double checked, and I have until March to decide about my WA membership. I was thinking it was May, so I fixed that in my comment above.
Anyway, I will give it some serious thought now. I really do LOVE the WA platform, all the training, and the community interaction.
What I wrote in my last blog post about all the different social media platforms still does hold true. For whatever reason, I just have no interest in doing all that.
So I have a little over a month to figure it out...

I am putting the chapters of my book on Amazon Kindle Vella. I would like to have the first chapters also on my website. Would that be considered double content, or whatever? a
Jay, are you referring to Duplicate Content?
If its also on your website, I don't think it would be a problem. If you had the exact same book on KDP Amazon, they would not accept that.
