I changed my theme and can't add a menu
You have to go into appearance and update your menu to the new theme. Basically redoing parts of it.
For some reason I don't have the option to update. When I delete and create a new menu it still doesn't work.

I have a couole.reviews and I got an idea from a website to create a page specifically for reviews. How do I take my reviews to a specific page. Also in sitecontent can I add a
I would create a new page and post your review to that one and make sure it is in your menu under something like: 'Reviews'
Actually you should add it under a certain container, not a page in the strict sense. So make such an item in the main menu with custom link #. There are trainings available, search in the tab above.
Regarding the remaining question, posts will always appear in the blog roll but you can add them also to the "container page" mentioned above. This must be done manually, Appearance, Posts, chose the post, Add to Menu, then drag and drop under any container. See more in my training How to add posts into main menu
You apply categories to your posts ie. "News" "Reviews" and then add those categories to your menu. When you click on Reviews, only posts with that category will be listed. Category Menus
Yes, after you've added a Review category to certain posts, and added the Review category to the menu, then only posts with the category of Review will be shown when the menu item is clicked.
