Now I see what you mean. That is weird. Sorry I can't help you with this one. I've never seen this before. Maybe I just never payed that close of attention.
Yup. I have seven posts. Three of them have in the Title: Start Saving Your Money | Start Saving Your Money, when it should say it once. The other four posts are OK. I'm very puzzled as any plugin would all posts the same.
Which plug-in are you using for your social media? I am using Simple Social Buttons by Pael Rabinek. I haven't had any problems with it so far.
I am using Simple Social too, but that is not the problem. The problem is the Title within Facebook postings that repeat the name of the website.

Has anybody tried listwire free autoresponder? I know there is the argument of investing in autoresponders. However, if you're just starting and don't have a lot of subscriber
I too have tried listwire -- in addition to the previous comment about the owner Gary Ambrose spamming you, the service itself is unreliable.
If you are looking for a free auto responder, the one I am using and am very please with is ReachMail. http://www.reachmail.net/
hope this helps
Just a quick update,
although Reachmail is good, I have not been completely satisfied. It can be a bit cumbersome to use.
Lately, I am using Benchmark Email and have found it to be a good viable option.
from their faq page:
"A free List Plan 2000 allows you to use and try out our features and is limited to 14000 emails. You can use all our features including Surveys, Signup Forms, Autoresponders, Importing of Contacts etc. You do NOT need to provide any credit card information to signup for a List Plan 2000."
https://ui.benchmarkemail.com/
from their registration page:
Upload up to 2,000 subscribers and send up to 14,000 emails per month for free. Upgrade any time you want.
maybe worth checking out!
I have tried listwire and then I got out. Why? Gary Ambrose the owner will send you shed loads of emails about other programs and opportunities many of which are rubbish.
commenting to reflect the "promotes to your list" element that arose from a post that I did on Listwire....and to emphasize the double opt in...Wayne Wallace has posted on using Google forms to create a form, and managing things more intimately in the early days of getting subscriptions.
But, you will have to get them to do the double opt in thing again if you got down either route.
I've seen get response and I think they have a free trial period so does aWeber. I Have aWeber there pretty good.
I have heard good news about it too, as a freebie. I have Aweber, but am swinging towards Get Response, for a couple of reasons. Listwire is supposed to be ok. I guess the point to note is this - if it's free, why? Is it because it is lacking something the paid ones have or does something they don't? Look for reviews or comparisons on it.
It's just that you need to go with a company that allows you to transfer your list over if you want to in the future. Maybe Listwire doesn't let you transfer a list to it or perhaps, from it to elsewhere? Just have to do your homework my friend and find out what the possible "lack" is, if any exists.
If it's still looking good to you, then try it out. Let us know how you get on.
I'm not aware of any autoresponder services allowing any transfers anyway as each subscriber would need to do the double optin. I read that the owner of listwire offers it free as he can also 'promote' to the list owners and possible make some money with his other affiliate programs.
I believe Aweber asks for a double opt in, if you transfer your list to them. I don't think Get Response does. Could be that if they do, you can lose subscribers as people may not want to opt in (double) again. I honestly don't know about the others Daniel.
I found a bit of info on them by a user - and one of the owners
Customer comment:
When i used them in the past, they do peddle affiliate products while my visitors are singing up.
Thats the only thing i dont like.
And that its double opt in. They dont have single, and u cant import ur list etc etc.
This are some points u might want to take note.
Not that it is bad per se. But if u need this features then probably its not for u.

I'm not sure what you mean about the delivery being safe... if you're asking if the delivery rates are good, yes, they are. They're on par, or better, than many of the paid services often recommended here.
As for how we're monetizing it, that's been discussed over and over again on the forum... we won't charge you, or place ads in your emails, or send messages to your subscribers.
We basically email our users... that'd be you, as an account holder.
He also said this:
This was already answered... no, we don't email your subscribers. That's YOUR list, why would we email your list?
And no, I don't do PM's.
It's a free service, with a forum filled with plenty of people who can help you out where you might need it. Sign up, it won't cost you a penny...

I personally use Aweber. Just consider whoever you start with you may be with for a long time once you have subscribers with that service. I've been using them since 2005.

When you have many posts and you realize that you need to change each post, it is very cumbersome through Wordpress to go through each post. You make a change, update, then go
O.k. Thanks for the tips. I ran into the same problem. I thought if you set a featured image, it would show up better in Google+ or Facebook, but it duplicated the image and made it larger than I wanted it.
the alternative is to go to all posts, and then right click on the edit option on the one you want and open it in a new tab...you can have several at once that way- if you want...good one, Andy
That would work if you wanted to do a batch edit of all posts. After three months, I finally had enough and no longer wanted to go back to the whole list. Sometimes I would, but with the image change for all posts, it was easier to navigate using this plugin.

That's one thing that I have avoided...the analytics and reports. When starting, there was nothing to report, but as traffic builds, I should start to learn about it.
