I am passionate about healthcare and general wellness.
I do my very best to do one form of exercise or another daily and I don't shy away from physical tasks which help me stay fit. I try to eat healthy, that's just one of the reasons I prepare my meals from scratch so I know exactly what we're eating.
I enjoy travelling, and learning about other people's culture. Needless to say I have friends from different parts of the world.

Determination is key here. When I see the results of my effort, no matter how small, the drive to push forward increases. I will not despise the days of small beginnings. I have so many ideas as far as niches are concerned, but I will not toil all night catching nothing. God will lead me to success.
