Strange Comments?!

Hey folks, I have been submitting some of my articles to G+ communities the last few weeks and have had lots of traffic and lots of comments. The problem is many of the comments are completely irrelevant to the article topic while others are in a foreign language and some are from discussions between and among people about the strangest things. Still there are some that are actually on topic and relevant. Are any of you having this issue?

Quick question about deleting my indexed pages from the search engines?

Hey all you awesome WA folks! I have come to a point where I want to start from scratch with a new theme but the same domain name. I was planning on just rewriting all my content but still using the same keywords and titles ect... My concern is that the pages and posts that have been indexed will show this as duplicate content and penalize my site. Anyone out there know how to get this done and effectively "clear" the indexed pages and posts from the search engines? Thanks!

According to Bing I'm not SEO friendly :(

So I went into Bing webmaster tools to look at how my site might be ranking. It told me I had too many <h1> headers in my pages and that this was bad! Every example it showed me was like the one in the picture. I think it is how my theme is set up. If so does this mean I'll never get ranked because my theme's default is not SEO friendly? I don't know how to fix this. Please help!!
