Hey Yaya,
Please provide either a text version or screen print of the prompt you're getting?
Better still... go to Google and type in at least one short sentence of the prompt you're receiving and read through what issues others experienced and how they were able to resolve this prompt.
Hope you find this helpful.
Please explain what you mean. Can you not log into your website? How is your domain 'locked'? by explaining this will help me to understand how to help you...

I want to send my information for joining WA. How do I find the link to have them join?
As advised, the $ sign top menu

If you are creating a niche-focused website, you can promote WA on your About Me post. You may include a paragraph in the middle of the page or towards the end, adding a few features about the benefits of joining the WA platform. You can hyperlink your unique affiliate link there, which you can fetch via the $ sign at the top menu.
If you share it on social media platforms, I would shorten it with pretty links before sharing, as some platforms don't like affiliate links shared raw as is.
However, what would be more feasible is to write a post, include your affiliate links, and share your post on social media platforms.
Alternatively, you could use plugins such as Grow Social or Social Rocket.
Plugins and add new, input keywords, install, and activate.
Hey Yaya,
Long time no see... here's a screen print to show you where to click to get your affiliate links to the WA platform.
If you want to use a banner on your website, please notice the Banners are available from the same icon on the top, right-hand navigation bar.
Hope you find this helpful.

Hi,
My bank says my domain payment was denied. I'm trying to remedy that, but I can't find where to look. Could someone please help me?
Thank you! :)
~ Yaya</
Here's the link to your WA subscription payment section.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/account/subscription
If you don't live in Canada where WA is headquartered, your bank credit card may rejected. It is important to call them and explain it is OK to accept the charges. Tell then who the payment is coming from and how much and approximate time where when.
Yaya, you just have to tell your back that it's OK to pay WA. Because WA is an online business based in Canada, some banks need you to approve the payment. This happens with my bank too.
Just call your bank and tell them it's okay.
You may head to Site Domains, you would see your domain listed there, onto which you can renew or set them up for auto renew if you believe you would want them.
Saves you a bit of time, however you normally get a one month renewal notification prior their expiry
That's if they are registered here, if not, you'd have to follow up their registrars where your domains were registered i.e. in the case you are pointing them to WA servers.
Uhm... I have it on automatic renewal, but in my email notification, it's showing that it was denied. It's not showing up in my bank account. And I cannot find anything about it in my Site Domains.
I'd also always check authenticity of emails, via source which you are doing right now.
It may be then a phishing email? And if so, I click nothing within, in fact I would delete such emails if you believe it is false or bogus.
Reason being you may send a signal that you are a REAL person.
I don't believe it is false because it showed up at the exact time my Domain Payment was due. I have not answered the email, but checked everything else.
Ah okay, that's good to hear.
if on auto renewal and was denied, there may be a delay from the bank, can you pay by PayPal or may be you want to reach out to site support have them check things for you.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
That's a Great Idea! Thank you!
I will reach out to them first thing in the morning.
Thank you so much for your help. :)
~ Yaya
You usually have up to one month after expiry to renew however I would sort it out as soon as feasible, especially if I want or using my domains.
No worries. you're very welcome.
Thank you. I don't usually let finance information sit around. You can be sure I will take care of it, right away.
Thanks a lot!

Thank you, again. It's still not goin' through, but I will call the company tomorrow an' see if I can figure out what's goin' on. I'll sure let you know, once I figure it out.
