I've spent months adding content to my site but Google AdSense has turned me down for running ads and the affiliate programs I have applied to have rejected my application. Wha
Hi Chris,
If an affiliate program is turning you down, it's their loss not yours. What about trying a platform like Clickbank where there is no application process to sell products. You could also try Amazon Associates. Adsense revenue can add up, but apply again once you have more traffic.
Thanks for the tips! Clickbank and Amazon are the only ones that accepted me. Clickbank is the only link I have on my site now because Amazon dropped me because I didn't make any sales(I didn't even know that could happen!). I appreciate you responding!
Hi - as regards AdSense, they will also expect to see an Affiliate Disclosure, even if you don't already have affiliate links.
This alone would get you turned down if you don't have one.
And low value content could mean that perhaps you are simply publishing entirely AI-generated posts, without adding your own knowledge and experience.
Essentially, not bringing anything new to the internet, simply rewriting what is already out of there and already published on dozens of other sites.
Social media is absolutely crucial these days, you need to get your brand known, not just rely on Google traffic.
Thanks for all the great info! Guess I need to reevaluate my content, and haven't done much with social media in regards to my business so I will have to start doing that more. Your response is much appreciated!
Start internally linking your content more between each other and look for keywords on Jaaxy with search volume. This will help push up your other content and new one so you get traffic and can then reapply for Adsense.
Typically you just need more content. How many posts do you have on your site? How many months have you been working on it? It may just be a matter of ramping up your production.
YouTube is also an EXCELLENT avenue for finding your audience and profitability.
Thanks for the quick response! I have been working on it for 5 months and have 100 posts. I try to offer helpful content but Google and a couple affiliate programs have considered it low value content. Maybe I will have to ramp up the production, thanks!
Hi,
Did they tell you why?
Do you have consistent Traffic? Do you have alot of posts? These are a couple of things I have noticed they look for. Have you looked at the newly updated " Affiliate Program Revenue Opportunities"?
Hello! I have 100 posts, but not much traffic. The main reason I've gotten is low value content though I try to have helpful content. Thanks for reaching out!
You're welcome, it sounds like you know what you need to work on; we are constantly learning and applying what we learn; it is a process. When I started my posts pretty much sucked, lol :-) But like anything the more you work at it, the better you get - keep moving ( or what is that movie.. keep swimming finding nemo, lol I dont know just keep going :=)
Great advice, there's lots I need to still learn about making content...guess I just need to keep pushing on!

What to do when affiliate programs turn you down?

No problem, you can always apply again when the time is right :)
I would add more informational content and share it on social media platforms to drive organic traffic.
From their perspective, they're in business to make money... There's no reason why they wouldn't want to work with you once your site is up to standard and meets the program's expectations.

Looking for help with my WA account
Contact Kyle on his home page. Or give us the details about what you want to do, ie change your password or add a Paypal acoount
Thanks for the quick response! I was just wondering about my AI word balance. It says I got a refresh but I didn't receive it, I still have the same balance.
Ok then hit the help button on the white menu bar above and choose your domain and ask site support. They can add a word count manually. This happened to me once and Carson sorted it in minutes
First try to clear your cache and refresh the browser. if all else fails then contact Klye or Carson and it will get sorted out.
