Looking for help with my WA account

Thanks for the quick response! I was just wondering about my AI word balance. It says I got a refresh but I didn't receive it, I still have the same balance.
Ok then hit the help button on the white menu bar above and choose your domain and ask site support. They can add a word count manually. This happened to me once and Carson sorted it in minutes
First try to clear your cache and refresh the browser. if all else fails then contact Klye or Carson and it will get sorted out.
