This will update, sometimes it can be a little bit behind in terms of their reporting...in particular when you just set-up your webmaster tools account. Make sure you add your correct URL as well, your websites here DO NOT have the www. before the domain and if you add that webmaster tools will not work correctly.
Hi,
I think, my posts are no longer indexed. I have "zero pages" in google search console but I think that they are really no longer indexed. It was like that before I added the www.version. I removed it now after readind your answer but it seems that I can no longer change the preferred version "www.btc.." what went wrong? What can I do? Is that I may have wrongly put the google adsense code?

I'm trying to stop tracking my own IP in Google Analytics but somehow it doesn't stop tracking.
If I check online what's my IP adress, I get a different IP adress than
I find that strange that it is still tracking as mine never shows my visits up, do not know if this might help How to Exclude Your IP Address from Google Analytics
Thank you, Katie, I've set it up exactly how Jay / Nathaniell recommended, maybe it's a Mac related issue, I changed computers lately. Think I have to do some more research to fix that;)
You will find your IP address changes periodacally unless you have a static IP which you have to pay for. I have the same trouble, its a case of changing the filter to the current IP address as and when needed
Thank you Gordon, I didn't know it changes periodically. My trouble is, that neither the IP Adress I find online, nor the one from the settings of my laptop helps to stop tracking, not even for a short period of time.
Are the first 2 numbers of your IP address's the same, normally they are, if so I think you can filter just the first 2 numbers that start with those numbers of any IP address
why do you want to stop tracking????
but if you really want something then download TOR browser and you become anonymous on the web and none can see you!!!
Like I said, I want to stop tracking my own visits on my website in Google Analytics. I followed a training from Nathaniell to set up a filter in Google Analytics (which worked great in the past). When I check my IP online, I get a different IP Adress than the one listed in my laptop settings.

I have a problem with my theme I can not fix on my own.
Support team of my theme (powered by mythemeshop) says it needs wordpress login data to take a look inside and f
I think the best way forward would be to create a new user with admin rights just for them. Once they've fixed the problem you can delete the new user so they can't get back in again. ~Marion
Thanks Marion, maybe it's best to do it the way you suggest. I just feel a little bit uncomfortable giving out admin rights, I am a control freak:) But if there is no other role where they can see all settings to find the problem, then I guess I have no choice.
I haven't put up a WA support ticket, think it's a problem that occured with changing themes, hope theme support can help me out here without making changes on my site I don't know of:)

I was wondering if there is a way to get in touch with people who give you comments via SiteComments? I mean I can only see their gravatar profile but not the WA profile. In so
You can't, I have mailed Kyle about it, and they don't want a conversation between the both parties, that was not recommandable he said. You can either approve of disapprove a comment.
Hi Loes,
thanks for your quick answer, I didn't know Kyle doesn't advocate that. I thought it could be helpful sometimes to learn more about off topic feedback people give. But maybe it's really not a good option if there is too much of discussion between both parties, especially if the receiver might want's to "complain" directly to the comment giver about the poor quality of a comment. Thanks again!

There is a comment I received via SiteComments (which I approved and replied within SiteComments) that is lost now. I can't find the comment and my reply in WordPress.
I haven't had any trouble with them disappearing, sometimes I wish some of them would disappear. I feel like someone pays them to make comments, because they are from places you wouldn't necessarily think would comment on my stuff.
Vera, I had once this problem when I wanted to edit a comment using my tablet.
Not any problems so far when doing it from mu PC.
Good to see you again :)
Thanks Sylvia, good to see you again too:) Had to take a break here for a couple of month because of some family issues, now trying to get back on track:)
My comment problem occured while using my PC, hope it's not my PC causing that trouble;)
Are you using windows 10? Just curious. I had some issues this morning uploading a video here and it would break up after half way through.
Anyway, finished with my laptop win 7, no issues there.
sometimes you have to look for little messages, there seem to be some automatic editing if comments are inappropriate, i might be wrong, but understanding the workings of approved messages is important.,
Thanks for your reply, there was nothing inappropriate in that comment, hope it was just a temporary issue:)
I've not seen that happen Vera. Are you sure your looking at the correct page/post that the comment was left for?
You can contact Site Support under your Site Rubix button and they can help you out.
ROCK ON!

Hi Eric,
yes I double checked that, the comment is completely gone, not showing up on the post I requested it for and not on any other post either. But it still shows up "approved" in the Comment Job History, very strange.
I contacted Site Support but they said it's not a website support issue and forwarded it to Carson.
Was just wondering if I am the only one having this problem, thanks for your reply!
