How do I transfer my domain from namecheap to wa?

Is it only the website hosting that's expiring in Namecheap and not the domain name registration? Or, both?

I was on the dashboard of one of my sites today and noticed an article by WordPress regarding building landing pages. See here for reference:

I haven't use that particular one. But you can create your own. That's assuming that you have an autoresponder in place.
If you go to the plugins section and click ad new plugin, look for the plugin that says beaver builder. This may solve any issues concerning your landing pages.
Aweber has a 30 day free trial that you could try for your automation. Follow the link below.

If I have a post that is fitting for both WA and for a website I have where am I better off putting the post and why?

the most important is your website so post it there OK
Then write a blog and put the URL from your website in the blog too WA and ask a person to visit - day both sites covered

Both are indexed by Google and therefore attract visitors, can't you tweak the words? And place the post on both accounts?
I do rewrite posts that I have place here, use different words, tweak my keywords, and place them here and on my website

Post to your website, no doubt about it. Your post on your website will make you money. There is a chance that your blog in Wa will get referrals but not as much.
