However if you are already using AIOSEO, then you can carry on using. as perhaps you may want to have a new niche site, you may then use the SEO framework, save messing up site (Kyle's recommendation).

You can do this via Google, and it's somewhat straightforward. You make a spreadsheet of bad individual URLs or entire domains, then submit the document to Google. HOWEVER, most people don't need to do this. Google is very smart, and can see if links are spam. Everyone in the world has spam links to their domain. Whatever garbage links are pointing to your domain right now are almost certainly having zero effect.

The only time I would consider this is if you had a mega huge website undergoing a sophisticated negative SEO attack, and then it would be a monthly thing you'd probably have to do going forward. Right now, I don't think it's worth your time!

I have tried facebook messenger and sms marketing and found them useful, then people can get back to me when they can vs annoying web notification or a cold call. I establish connection with them and assess circumstances and take it from there. Each person situation is different, so having to evaluate each on its merit basis.
