There are a number of ways to promote your website. Through social media, on WA shares, in forums, and by telling folks in person.
How will you promote your first websit
Depending on your niche, business cards/flyers can be useful. I used to be an affiliate for a jewelry vendor and had to use 'their website set up for you' .... you couldn't post articles, etc. I would post on Facebook/Twitter/etc. and also leave flyers or business cards with the website address at places frequented by potential customers (because it was ladies jewelry, I left at places such as nail salons, hairdressers, etc.). Sometimes you need to think 'outside the box' .
While i am building out my content i use ppc, google and bing and have had good success with them 39 referrals and 6 premium upgrades although if you don't know what your doing it can be a very quick Money Dump.Check out the ppc tutorials here at W.A. before attempting a campaign. Kyle has some great tutorials on ppc in Affiliate Bootcamp lessons.

I have been working in the bootcamp on and off a little more in the last few week. I am currently on Course 6 Lesson 9.
Where are you in the Bootcamp?
What did you
Everything is helpful. However, find difficulties within Bing conversion tracking lessons because time to time Bing change its conversion tracking system and as soon WA update about it, again it changes due to which time to time we are unable to track conversion in Bing PPC campaigns.
I agree. I have also have problem with Bing on a regular bases. Which is why I have decided to use Bing in a limited form. I did drive myself crazy for a few days with Bing before I realized the updates within Bing come out faster than the videos.
Hi: I have had quite a few interruptions, so have not progressed as far as you have. I also have a little experience in html, but had almost nil on Wordpress before joining WA. It's hard for me to answer the question right now because I am at the stage where most of it is ultra useful and singling out one section is impossible. :)
Even a little html experience will help. When I first got started in know nothing about html or even what it meant. I am still no expert, but I continue learning something new on a regular bases. It is very helpful to learn the basics. If anyone has any knowledge at all of html, the wordpress platform should be a lot of fun.

I have just gone Yearly as a Premium Member. Going Premium will be the second best decision anyone will make. Deciding to go yearly as a Premium Member will be the Best.
For me it makes sense that if I've made a commitment to my self that I am here for the long haul, then why not pay for the year and it's one less thing to think about. This also shows that I are seriously vested in making my business a success. I love Wealthy Affiliate and all that it encompasses. I have all I need here! Angela
Going premium locks you in to really commit to online training. A very necessary part of learning and earning online.
By signing up for yearly you are making a statement, which helps get the point across that you yourself are in this for the long term and you will not quit just because you run into a road block or two along the way.
Of course a little savings goes a long way initially when starting, as many take a few months to start creating income from their new business.
I for one hate bills coming in as their distraction interrupts my thoughts! And so, the less tasks I have to perform each month the better. A yearly membership to me is the only way to go.
I really should talk to Kyle about paying up to five years in advance! :)
Rick
I hate bills as well Rick. Especially my electric, cable, and heating. Seems like every time I make a payment, I get another one in my snail mail.
I would defiantly consider a 5 year plan as well.
