Not in one tier affiliate marketing.

Actually, I know where I got my referral from.

I'm seeing some dissention from newcomers because their mentors are not mentoring as some have promised.

Hey Paul, sorry to hear you've got a non-responsive referrer. It happens from time to time. Although you have the help here in the community, it's certainly a bummer that sometimes this happens.

Do note that this has no bearing on WA as it teaches everyone who promotes it to HELP the people they refer.

While I am not your sponsor or referrer, I'd be happy to answer your question/s with the problem you're having, so...

What's up?

You're a good one VG.

Hey, Buddy Vitaliy.
Thank you.

We actually go a long way back when you were rocketing to success..

I commented on your site but it should have been feedback so it was never allowed. None the less, you are leading the way.

Thank you very much for your input here. It means a lot to the readers.

Listen,
The concern is not about me or you or those that have an understanding of how things work.

I simply wrote this very short post because of the frustration of another.

We understand how things are done, but would it not be good practice for someone making a referral commission on another to occasionaly say hello.

Oh, I have 5000 referrals, I can't do that.

Your thoughts my good friend for all of us here,

Paul.

Hi, Dennis.
Paul Mindra here from Canada.
You are completely correct,

Chances are that you will never be blessed with the likes of someone that we know as Vitaiy.

He is an awesome human being and most revered servant to the rest of the world.

Thank you for your comment,

Paul.

I gotcha, no problem. Yeah it sucks when you have these types of dudes not follow through with helping out, but there's PLENTY on WA who will man, don't let this one bad apple discourage you Paul, we're a big community, there's plenty of helping hands here.

Good morning, Vitaly.
I've never questioned the help that is available here on the platform. Without it, most would not know how to proceed.

I think that I inadvertently opened a can of 'worms' that has been sitting on many shelves.

It's not just about 'helping' out. The help is here. It's about courtesy in my eyes.

Paul.

I agree there.

Thank you, Vitaly.
Shine Brilliant my online friend.

Have a glorious day.

Paul.

Right back at ya Paul, all the best!

I think all sponsors are different and that isn't bad. From what I have seen in 9 months here is that often people just connect with other like minds and start working together. Sometimes I ask questions of my sponsor and sometimes I ask questions of someone who I just happen to know has been through what I am going through. I think that is why we can follow people. By following them you eventually get a feel for the different people and which ones you may work best with. No one that I have asked for help has ever told me no.

The fact that we each found this site through the efforts of someone doesn't mean that is the best mentor for each of us. Sometimes it will be that way and sometimes it won't.

Find a like mind and exchange information. Hit a wall, post a question. There are lots here who watch the questions closely and are always offering help.

Wishing you the best Paul.

Kevin

Wow!

Thank you Kevin.

I am very pleased to make your acquaintance and would like to follow you with certain aspects of your journey as it relates to mine. i.e. you are now being followed.

I had no idea that a simple post like the one I made on behalf of someone that was struggling would generate such a response.

My issue is not so much about following someone as I have just done, my issue is about the person that brought me into something. Are they following my progress or lack of?

Can't wait to hear back from you.

Paul.

I can't really answer that question for you. If this was an acquaintance who pursued you and promised certain things then I understand. Yet, other people are not of that mindset. Some people do their best to grow their own business and simply expect others to tough through it themselves. Honestly, there is something to be said for both ways.

I posted on Facebook recently that "Smooth seas never made a seasoned sailer". I have hit some brick walls with my journey and not been able to find the right help. Several tried but my journey is very different from others so in some areas I have simply had to go it alone. However, those stormy seas have made me better in all aspects of my business.

So, I don't feel I can judge the situation. I just keep plugging away.

You can ask me for help in whenever you wish and I will help when I can. However, I don't feel like an expert on anything. I tend to be sort of a rogue and like to do things my way. My way isn't always the best lol. So, I tend not to offer too much advice as I question if my way is right for others. However, it is because I like to help that I am hesitant to want to lead anyone down the wrong path...

Kevin

Well said Kevin - couldn't agree more!

Hi, Kevin.
I really appreciate your input here.

I'm actually having a challenge trying to respond to everyone that have responded to this post.

Paul.

That is a good problem to have but don't stress about it. I think it is fine if you just go down the line and hit the like button on each one. That acknowledges you saw without killing the schedule.

WA can become another social media if we aren't careful. You should be scheduling how much time you spend here a day doing anything that maybe social.

For me, FOCUS is always my biggest priority.

Don't hesitate to message me if you need help. I don't always get back to all these thiings I comment on.

And when you are stuck, just remember that.....

Hey, Kevin.
Thank you.

Paul.

this i one of the responsibilties that is stopping me from really pushing wa - i know how much i may need to help people to keep them motivated, check in with them.
or should i just introduce them and leave them alone.
i would prefer the first, where they know they can ask anything and if i can help i will or know who can help. but it is a lot of work.
i don't know how some do it with hundreds of referrals.
hopefully you are not struggling Paul.
Phil

I like your ideas. Sponsoring 3000 and mentoring 300 of them to become premium is a big task.

Hi, Philip.

Ease down.

You are in the hands of Nathaniel. One of the most trusted people here at WA.

If you are having challenges saying hello to your 300 people plus, let Nathaniel show you how. He will verify for me that it is not about about getting things done for them but just being there for them to get things done.

You will never have 300 coming at you all at the same time.

Just stay in touch with all of them from time to time.

Next time you speak to Nathaniel, tell him that Paul sends his respects.

You are good to go, Man.

Paul.

Hi, is it Nick?
Absolutely choose option one.
Then create something in excel for example to know where everyone is.
From there it is siimple

All good, Nick.

Thanks for the feedback

Paul.

Are there any assigned responsibilities for a sponsor? It will be nice to know.

Greetings Anusuya, from India.

Paul Mindra here from Canada.

As far as I know, there are no assigned responsibilities for a sponsor.

My question is though, should there be assigned responsibilities for a sponsor?

Meaning, you join something through someone, should that someone not be able to tackle any difficulties that you have?
Should they not take the responsibility first before giving it to the community or company support?

Your thoughts would be valued.

Namaskarin,

Paul.

Greetings, Paul.

To answer your question, I believe the sponsor should have some accountability. They write there will be private coaching etc.

Saying that, I also had to say, I am not sure of the governance aspect of the WA. I

Hi, Anusuya.

Thank you for taking the time to comment.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by the 'governance aspect' of WA.

Regards from Canada.

Paul.

"Policies and procedure"!

I am so very lucky to have MarionBlack as my sponsor. I hear from her all of the time. She takes her role as a mentor very seriously and earns that referral fee that she gets as a result of my Premium membership.

Marion is FANTASTIC!

Hi. Laurie.
And that's exactly what I wanted get across on this post. You said it best. I'm going to use what you have said and spread it all over.

I'm also now following you if you do not mind.

People like Marion, are what keeps things real.

Cheers, my dear.

Paul.

Absolutely the Best. Let's not forget Loes, Boomer , and a whole lot of others.

They are true leaders and would never let anyone that joined the educational program here under them, down.

Thank you, Brad.

Paul.

Yes, Loes and Boomer I totally agree. Y

Agreed.
Paul.

Hi Paul,

I think Haven hit the nail on the head!

Cheers,

Brad

Hey, Brad.
What nail, and what head?

Please explain.

Paul.

Sorry, it is an Aussie slang saying when you think someone is correct. I say it all the time and it comes off the top of my head.

You just made me laugh out loud.
I can't wait to meet you guys in Aussie Land.
I'm going to take a bitcoin bet that you Aussies are living the best lifestyle.
Take my bitcoin and correct me if I am wrong.

With respect, mates.

Paul.

All good Paul.

We luv' a beer and a laugh but unfortunately, we have had a very bad drought for quite a while and our farmers are doing it really tough, BUT our politicians gave 312 million dollars to Indonesian farmers over 4 years. It doesn't make sense. I am still scratching my head over that one.
AUSSIES are helping to buy food and other necessities for farmers struggling to feed their animals, as a horror drought takes hold.

How long has this been going on?
Here in Canada, the weather patterns have changed drastically over the last 20 years.

We no longer have the four seasons that that I can remember from my youth.

We now only have hot and cold.

Trying to understand the workings of politicians is an exercise in futility in my thinking.

Thanks for the feedback.

Paul.

Here is what one farmer said: extract https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news
Lindy Piper, sheep farmer from Coolah, NSW

I have lived here since 1982 and there have been some very tough times and droughts, but this is by far the worst I have ever seen our farm. What concerns me most is the widespread nature of it – from where are we to source grain even if we can afford it? We had no harvest last year and none this year along with most other farmers in south-east Australia.

We, my husband and kids and I, have worked very hard all our working lives to improve the land and our sheep enterprise. It is very hard to see the state of the land now. Many farmers cannot take a break because of the constant feeding of stock and are pretty exhausted.

It's getting very bad. 5-year rain deficiency in some areas and NO rain at all this year in many farmland areas.

Here is another:

It's tough. Trying to keep stock alive. Watching as the roos in droves demolish what little feed we had tried to save for our stock. Hand-feeding, seeing lambs born into the dust, feral pigs cleaning up the sheep’s feed. Cows dying.

But the real challenges are the people challenges. Seeing neighbours struggle but unable to help them because you are trying to keep up with things yourself. And the paperwork. It took eight months for Centrelink to finally let us have farm household support allowance and meanwhile we had to go without groceries and use a donation of a food card from the Rotary club.

Wow.

I am at a complete loss for words.

Paul.

Thanks, mate,

It is getting desperate for them.

Have a great weekend my friend.

Brad

Same to you, Brad.
Cheers.

Paul.

I think you bring up a very valid point and probably one that may need to be discussed further.

I heard from my "sponsor" twice, maybe 3 times: first, when I joined and second, when I went Premium. The 3rd time was when I reached out to him just to say hello!

I'm a firm believer that there's always a better way to do things. Perhaps this is an area that needs to be tweaked.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel neglected, Paul. Looking back when I joined, I was received with such welcoming arms and quickly formed a group of people of whom I could connect with on a personal level, that I never even missed my sponsor. I'm neither condemning nor condoning their actions; if I ever feel abandoned or neglected, I know it's due to my not connecting with the community.

If you haven't done so already, perhaps you can just send a quick message; not a rant, but just a quick "hello" and see if they can help you with something specific. Also, make sure to give them the benefit of the doubt, because you never know what's going on in other people's lives.

All the best to you, Paul.

You're so right Veronica.

What happened to me is very similar, however, at that time I didn't know, it's when I start the Bootcamp that I realize about the duties of the sponsor.

Fortunately, I start to interact with the community and find very kind and helpful persons.

There's always something new to learn here every single day.

Hi, Veronica.
Nice to hear from you again.

It has been a long time.

You, perhaps have interpreted my post/rant in the wrong way but your input is still truly valued.

I do not understand how your suggestions or recommendations can possibly help in this matter.

Bottom line...for someone that is struggling...where is my sponsor?

Kindest regards,

Paul.

Absolutely, Calvin.

Ideally, it would be great to have the person who introduced us to this business be there with us every step of the way, but that doesn't seem to be the case. But it's comforting to know that we have a whole community to guide us whenever we're lost.

Perhaps there's some miscommunication from both ends, Paul, but I'm pretty clear about what you were saying and commented as such.

Perhaps someone else's comment will give you the input you seek.

Hi Calvin.
Thanks for the valuable input and your response to Veronica.

Paul.

Thank you Community!
Paul.

Thank you, Veronica.
It's been a pleasure to be in touch with you again.

How are things working out for you?

Paul.

I'm going back to school so things are a bit hectic, but all is well.

Thanks, Paul.

Cheers, Veronica.

Keep in touch.

Paul.

Hey Paul,

I can appreciate this post. I have heard from my sponsor a few times since I joined, and I actually really appreciate the distance.

Other times I have taken the plunge into an MMO opportunity, my sponsors have seemed utterly desperate to engage (read upsell), and it can be off-putting. So I actually enjoy the laid back approach from my sponsor.

I also think that because there is so much content and support to rely on at WA, that the sponsor is less important than in other MMO models.

I think it is important to connect and make sure your referrals know you're there, but I also think giving them space to work through WA in there own time has value.

Just my experience, but I prefer the low key approach, I think it further distinguishes WA from the BS out there.

Haven

Hi Raven.
As you know, I have always valued any contribution that you make into the platform here.

Your comment above is again encompassed with value. I probably should not have written this post but I did so based on the frustration of a person that is new to the platform that reached out yesterday.

He is completely frustrated and even the help from the community has not been enough and I'm not sure that his sponsor is aware of this.

What I am trying to say here Raven, is:

Hey , Raven,
You brought me on board to this most incredible platform.
Thank you. I've started and now I have also gone premium. Thank you again.

A few months in, I am having some challenges. The community can no longer help.

What should I do?

My question is,,,should I contact my sponsor. or should the sponsor contact me because he/she has actually been following me?

Paul.

Post Script:
How is the IKIGAI ranch coming along?

I think the post brings up an entirely valid, and important, topic, Paul. Kudos for bringing it to light.

Every person is unique in their approach to WA, and as a sponsor I think we do have a responsibility to keep tabs on our referrals.

That said, if you’re struggling, you should absolutely reach out to your sponsor. If you don’t reach out I’m not sure how your sponsor can have any insight into your struggles.

Best,
Haven

PS, I love Ikigai. We are dealing with some red tape issues at the moment at the farm, but with Ikigai in my corner, I am not worried!

Onward and upward, Haven.
It will come together.

Regards,

Paul.

I have not heard from mine either. We need to all be independent and responsible for our own. We have the community for any help if we get stuck but it would be nice to hear from our sponsor.

Hi, Mary.
Paul here from Canada.

I completely agree with you that we need to all be independent and responsible for our own. And we can rely on the incredible community that we have here to help us cross our hurdles.

Yes, would it not be nice to hear from the person that is making money on us being here from time to time, even just to say hello?

It is a very frustrating thing for many and the fact that many sponsors are not being proactive with their recruits is going to become a damaging factor for the platform here.

Would love to here more from you.

Paul.
Post script,
I read your profile and would be honored to follow you if you accept.

Have you had an email from them?

Hi, Jennifer.
Even though he/she has my email, no.

I have not had any feedback other than the automated feed backs leading up to 'Premium' Membership.

I did hear back one time through PM if I would recommend a site that he/she was working on.

I have almost forgotten who my sponsor is. Perhaps due to the Community support here.

There is in my mind something wrong with this picture,

Paul.

Hi Paul, There is some good advice here.

Personally I don't even think I have a sponsor, but I ask for help where i can get it, until I get the answer.

But I do here you when you say that it could be nice if you heard from them.

Like mentioned in comments if you don't mind maybe you could reach out to them and voice your concerns in a private message conversation and take it from there.

If this is something you would rather not do. You have an offer on the table from VitaliyG to help you through.

You also have the rest of the community including myself to help you.

The choice is yours.

But please do not let this spoil you experience, as mentioned we do not know what they are going through.

So here is the question

how can we help you?

Hi, Jennifer.
If you do not have a sponsor, then how did you arrive here?

The only way to get here is through sponsorship or affiliate marketing. You only have one of two sponsors....

Someone you kind of know or Carson & Kyle.

I'm almost sorry that I brought this topic up/ Way too many responses to respond to.

Leave me your further thoughts.

Paul.

Hi Paul,

This is how it works here, everyone wants to help.

I found Wealthy Affiliates when i was researching another site, I read a blog post and clicked the link. Maybe the blogger that I click the link on is my sponsor but to be honest i forgot who that is because i was reading a lot of different blogs on that day.

What are you expectations?

To be honest I am not sure what you are expecting, Please enlighten me.

Regards

Jennifer

Hi Paul
I have just read your profile in its fullness,
You have been here since 2016 so why raise this question NOW.
I am confused?????

Hi, Jennifer.
I think it has to do with 'misrepresentation.'
I see many reviews and promotions of WA that offer one-on-one coaching to get people on board.

I have never questioned the benefits of WA. I am however questioning some ethics being used.

Does this make any sense?

Paul.

Yes i get.

I call it false advertising

That's what I mean, Jennifer.
False advertising only gives WA a potentially bad reputation.
Thank you for taking the time to comment and respond.

Paul.

Your welcome we got there in the end. lol

That is the most important part, Jennifer.

Thank you for your time and wonderful comments.

Paul.

You are most welcome
