Simple Question...
Which I was wondering what you all had to say about the subject. I know there is some benefit to it but If anyone can outline that in a bullet-poi
Not as much as it used too. No article directory does anymore. I would right 1 or maybe 2 just to get your site noticed. After that, write for your site. Personally, I know several members that don't submit to any article directories and instead just write for their sites. They are doing fine.
I see, so it's kind of like meta tagging. Used to be good for something now it's pretty much take it or leave it.
I like what Rich had to say. Also, if you have set your Google plus account, by linking SA as a contributor as you also will do with your site, it helps Google give you that authorship status. I have only one article in SA and I plan to write the last one this week. Hopefully this makes sense.
Hey Diedrick. Here's Carson's definitive answer: "Once you have one or two articles on Street Articles (or another directory), focus 100% on your website. You do not need to have a ton of articles these days as your website will rank very well as you begin to publish content on it regularly." In the past, backlinking from an authority site such as SA helped you rank, but this is no longer the case. You'll also find that some Members like to practice or hone their writing skills at SA before focusing on their site. :) Rich.

What exactly does posting to Street Articles do?

Hey I was just throwing this concern of mine out there...
I've made great progress with WA so far.
It's coming up on one month, and I have a lot of other monetary
You rank will change if you are not here and being active, but I think the rest remains. That's one of the reasons why you'll see so many members here. Many had free membership some time ago. Yes talk to K or C that is best for your own peace of mind.
thanyou for the insight I hope it helps every one I am new and have a lot of new guy questions. but I will not be a beginner for ever
The biggest issue is whether you have your own domain hosted with WA, if you have then you have 30 days in which to move your site. As others have said you can take a break from your membership.
On a number of occasions, all during the first and part of my second year here, I've had to let go of my account because of no funds. On all times, upon returning, all of my content and progress, even my training history as it were then, were all still there untouched.
Like Nenita said, it's all still going to be here.
If you can't pay now, you will be locked out, but your blogs, etc will be there when you can pay your subscription. Like someone said above, this will, however, cause your rank to drop. You will have a grace period of about ten days after the date you are supposed to remit your subscription, but after that, you won't be able to access the platform.
Unfortunately, you can't go back from being a free member but you can always come back, your profile is still going to be here, let me ask a friend who left and came back.
i am going to ask kyle and carson and get the real story on this i think they want us to succeed even if we have to take a step back
I thought you're afraid they will kick you out for good:) just kidding they won't do that. They are very nice people:)
I know from hearing elsewhere you can't go back to a free plan. I hope they have a way to park accounts.
that's what I thought too, Capn Eryc was right, I asked my friend and said the same thing nothing change when you come back... good to know:) Except if you have your own domain name hosted here that I know you have 30 days to transfer it to new hosting regristrar.
Last year I had a similar problem and my premium membership lapsed - I was able to reinstate it fairly soon but lost nothing in the process except the access to the premiun features while I was 'out'. My status just reverted to 'free'.
I had no domains hosted at the time so if you've gone ahead with that it may be a different story. In that case, I would back up the files to my desktop 'puter before I went 'free'.
good point i like every thing about wa my problem is that i;m broke this will change and i will continue with wa if they let me
I have the same problem I hope I can go back to the free program and get back in when I get some more money because I think the program is great
i am scared to ask kyle and carson they might kick me out for good and that would be devistateing lol really i thinjk they would understand they also started on a low budget

I use SA for practice, attempted to write two articles for SA today but they turned out so well I published them on my websites instead, maybe next time.
Haha! Very nice.
