Click on the blue bar underneath the Search Bar. Classrooms, and you will find the most appropriate one for your question/s
If I'm understanding you correctly, just post your question in the Section that most closely represents what you want to ask about. There are several Categories from which to choose. Hope this helps.

why is the hosting and wbsite down
Fingers crossed here to see it back up soon. I'm able to edit my two sites, but I need to get in through admin here on the third as I'm totally changing the theme.
t just went down a few minutes ago. Says it's upgrading and that they are hurrying to get it back. Not sure why, but I've not seen it down long before. I know that's not much of a help, but the techies behind the scenes doing the work most likely do not check posts to answer questions, just a guess.
