Hi, this is a really detailed post. Thank you for sharing and well done. I will be returning and looking into the SEO aspects a little more. Can I ask you about SSL? Is it installed automatically or do I need to watch the video on the link to learn how to install it? Thank you.
If it's not installed, just go to your website details and scroll down till you get to SitePlus...you'll see 3 options. The second one down is SSL...just make sure it is enabled there.

I had the same issue...mine turned out to be the file size for my images were too big and causing my pages to load slow. Use an image reducing site like http://resizeimage.net. Make sure to go with Lossy Compression...it's one of the options you'll see on the dashboard for it. Hope this helps.
