Learn Easier with New Training Features
The training courses inside Wealthy Affiliate are designed to teach you everything you need to know about online marketing. The added training course features make it easier for you to navigate through the training and complete specific tasks for each training lesson.
The training smart menu keeps track of where you are within the course or phase. It does a good job of showing the course and the lesson you need to complete.
A tasks checker list was also added to the feature list. When you complete a course lesson by checking all of the tasks, the smart menu will automatically guide you to the next lesson.
To start or continue the training, just click on Certification or Affiliate Bootcamp located in the left menu bar.
If you haven't completed the training, then you should make that a goal. There is no reason to not succeed leveraging Wealthy Affiliate's training. The training and skills are taught by affiliate marketing professionals who have been in this business a long time.

Wealthy Affiliate is designed to be a pay it forward affiliate and online marketing community. Helping others along the way is why the ranking system was built and why the Ambassador Platform was created.
All WA members are ranked with a number by how much they help other members, how much content they create and how much time they spend on Wealthy Affiliate.
The top 25 ranked people are considered Ambassadors. Every member can access the ranks and activity dashboard to monitor their ranks and see how is in the top 25 and top 200 ranks.

Create Visual Engaging Content with SiteContent Images
Visual content is another key aspect to content. Images, videos, lists and links to other content all play an important role in creating engaging content for your readers.
After all, we all have limited time. So if we are reading someone else's content, we want it to be worth our time. If we are learn something new, then it is.
With the addition of SiteContent in 2017, SiteContent Images adds the ability to use images from a free image library. All images are free to use, high quality and pull from 3 free stock photo websites:
- Pexels
- Unsplash
- Pixabay
You simply enter in keywords for the type of image you want to add. You can also crop the image, position the image such as to the left, center or right and add alternative image text (e.g. necessary for blind readers).
The ease of adding images to your content makes you more efficient in creating good content for your readers and saves you the time needed to find images elsewhere.
SiteContent Images with Wealthy Affiliate is just one more online marketing tool to use to your advantage.
To add images to your content within SiteContent:
- Choose the Image icon
- Enter in keywords for the image you are looking for (e.g. digital marketing)

Check Website Page Performance with PageSpeed Insights
Website speed and page speed load times have already been mentioned to be super important. It's all about providing your readers with the best experience possible.
So it is an important process to analyze how fast your website pages load and how the search engines perceive them. But how do you know how fast your website pages are loading if you don't check it?
PageSpeed Insights is an integration with a Google website analysis that checks the speed of all website pages and posts.
The integration in Wealthy Affiliate allows you to check the performance speed for every piece of content on your site, without having to leave the Wealthy Affiliate platform.
The insights tool runs speed tests and provide scores on how fast the content loads on desktop computers and mobile devices. If there are problems, you can dig deeper on Google to see what they recommend to fix any issues.
To check the page speeds of your website:
- See the PageSpeed Insights section within your website details page
- Click the Check or Refresh option to perform test

More Robust Keyword Research with Jaxxy Integration
So we are back to Jaaxy, the keyword research tool created by the same members of Wealthy Affiliate. Research, execution and measuring are the basic repeat methods of any online marketing strategy.
Towards the end of 2017, Wealthy Affiliate integrated Jaaxy into the WA platform. Before the integration, you had to access Jaaxy separately in another browser window.
The integration with Jaaxy provides seamless access to execute keyword research tool in the same area as content creation and community support. The quick links provide easy to access to the different areas within Jaaxy.
To perform keyword research with Jaaxy:

Leading the Edge with New Video Technology
Watching videos has become a easy way to learn new things. The certification courses within Wealthy Affiliate are full of videos to watch and see how Kyle executes online marketing.
The last of the released features in 2017 is new new video technology and a new video player for training videos.
The new technology uses the latest technology to automatically deliver videos in the highest streaming speed. It can determine quality based on the internet connection speed it detects.
The new training videos recorded after this technology include a playlist navigation menu. This allows for quick navigation to specific sections of the video.
