I was told that I could go to my profile page, but I don't see anything there to do it .
Yeah, I have to cancel my account to switch from PayPal to a debit card that I will only keep 47.00 on. I don't use it fir anything else.
Hi. You need to go into Account Settings (lower left corner) and in the middle of the page it says Subscription Settings. This is where you manage your account and can close it out. Sorry to see you go and wish you all the best.

Go to account settings n your profile page and go to billing… and adjust your account settings there. Remember you have 30 days to move your site to another host if you are leaving WA. Good luck.

Yes this seems to be an ongoing issue and I have seen lots of posts an questions about it. It appears to only be a problem when trying to edit in visual mode but not in text mode.
Here are some of the suggestions that support gave me:
1. Change your browser. This worked for me the first time I had a problem with this. I changed from Firefox to Chrome and it resolved the issue.
2. Clear your history cache and dns. This was suggested to me the 2nd time it happened after I tried to change my browser again with no joy. However this didn't help either but others said it did help.
3. The I came across this and it seems to have resolved the problem: Missing Visual Editor Fixed with Foxy Proxy proof Good luck, it really is annoying!
