I published a review as a blog. I would like to convert the review to a page on my website.
If it's only one instance then the easiest way is to use copy and paste in the Text (not Visual) tab.
Hello Marion
Thank you for responding to my question. I appreciate your support and encouragement.

I would like to use text ads on some directories. I would like advice from anyone who has tried this. Any type of advice, or information about your experience would be helpfu
Hello Arleen
Welcome to Wealthy affiliates. Thank you for the interest in my question. "Text ads" are short text-only ads that contain a link to your website. Some membership websites and directories allow subscribers to post text ads on their sites.
As you can see from the comment below there is some controversy as to their usefulness.
Excused my ignorance but what are text ads... This is a new term for me lol

Hey James! I have tried text ads, and I can tell you that is not quite good if you want to promote a business. That's because people are clicking and going through something only if they have a intereste in that and not from curiosity. I suggest you use other ways to promote your website more effective like pay per click and pay per view.
Hello Alexander
Thank you for sharing your experience. I have not had any experience with these ads, but I have seen some websites that provide them for affiliates use. I do appreciate your advice and support.

I want to have the capability to selectively share my post on the social meda networks.
Here is the social share buttons that I use: Setting Up Social Plugins on Your Website - Tweet, Like, Google +1 and Share They are simple, yet very effective and I recommend these for your site. They don't detract from your actual content, but they are more than apparent to anyone that wants to share your content.
Kyle
Thank you for recommending the video I have review it, and it was very helpful. I will review it again when I update my website. The videos are always helpful as I progress with implementing MY website.
Raquel
Thank you for taking time to answer my question, and the recommendation of the video.

Thank you for your social media plugin recommendation. It will be helpful in my decision.
One method is with a social media plugin. Interestingly Sticky Notification Bar plugin has both a fixed bar menu at the top and social media icons as well that you can link to sites at Facebook, Google +, etc.
Hi. You will need to install a social plugin on your website. If you go into your dashboard, you would click on Plugins, then Add New. Type "social" or something similar into the search bar at the right and it will bring up a lot of choices for you to pick from. As you will see, Social Media Feather is very popular and used a lot. Choose something that has many users, is updated regularly, and is compatible with the version of Wordpress you are using. Hope that helps. :)
Michelle
Thank you for the information. I will be selecting a new plugin for my website. I appreciate your assistance.

I have change the DNS to dns1.mywahosting.com and dns2.mywahosting.com
Yes, once you put in the correct dns address to point to WA it will happen.
I have transfers that take a few seconds and one or two that took 24 hours. It can take up to 48 hours.
Good luck, cheers!
can i point my other domain to WA and still move my website? how do i access my website after i move, pls any insights
can i point my other domain to WA and still move my website? how do i access my website after i move, pls any insights
You'll need to correct those -- The first portions of the addresses are ns1 and ns2 (without the "d").
Once you've made that change and allowed a bit of time (an hour or so up to a day) for WA's servers to see the change, you can move a siterubix subdomain site to the new domain.
On the siterubix SiteManager pane, look for the sire's light blue "move" icon (fourth from the left) and click on it. You'll be prompted for the domain name to move it to. The process is automatic from there.

It's probably best to open a support ticket to ensure that you don't lose access to your site during the move. Once the DNS settings are changed, accesses of the domain name will be directed to WA's servers rather than to your current hosting provider.

Just make sure you delete the old one after you have made the transfer. And moving forward, create everything as "posts" on your website.
Hello Kyle
Thank you for the information, and support.
Gladly James!
