Keywords don't have to be in the domain name.
What niche are you shooting for?
that's my niche, "erectile dysfunction" , I created only a free website, well a part of it I didn't put all the content in
i;m interested in erectile dysfunction solutions, remedies,treatment products, how u want to tell them, best solutions to solve this problem, that's what I wana promote
erectile dysfunction remedies has a good rank look at the pic, seo 73 and big traffic and searches
Ok, so it's good because I must update my free website and then search for a domain with this niche? and what idea you think would be good for my domain name?

I should go with erectile-dysfunction-remedies.com because that is available? or should I thinkg of something else?

Content is all that matters. That's how you improve rankings!
I gave you two suggestions or grab the .net.

If you like the names, the extension doesn't matter. You could have a .biz or .co...
