Accepting this will create a backlinks to your site if you approve it. If you did not request it, I would delete it.

Someone made a comment on your post on your website and you are to approve it. Go to your Wordpress dashboard and click on comments and approve if it is not spam. In fact, you will see the comments with a number beside it just like when a plugin needs an update.
Did you put in your post for comments in Kyle's blog over the weekend?
Thanks Giftyafd, much appreciated! I went to Site Rubix n clicked on Site Comments, but cannot find any comments? I also went to my website and opened the My WA Review to look at the Comments box, but can't find any comments either?? Regards.

Try opening in incognito window
If you haven't requested a backlink from some site or a guest contributor, somebody is trying to spam your site for backlinks.

I wasn't expecting to become one, I was and still am too busy working on my website but it's helping out this way that I became one. At one point I was almost off that list, which would have been fine since I was busy, but went right up to #4 and I'm down to #6.

When I read what they do it was horrible.
For something that was once a good thing to be taken advantage of by the bad guys. The option for them should be automatically turned OFF, so we don't have to go through this first.

AVG is the average searches made for that search term and Traffic is what is estimated you'll get it you were on Page 1. Most important criteria you should look at is AVG (Search) and Competition (QSR).
It has a deep meaning. You have done a great job with such a site name and url. So you are number one with the site name with the keyword which is not trivial:

Yes, it means your site is indexed, ie. it can be found in Google. It also means you're ranked for the keyword 'affiliate marketing newcomer' on the first page, which should mean getting c. 20 visitors a month from just that one keyword, so massive congrats! :)
If only 112 people search for it a month, how would you get 20 x 30 = 600 people a month clicking it?! :)
No. You get a smaller percentage of those who search for your keyword clicking it, ie. not everyone who searches for your keyword will click on your link, that's why the traffic number is less per month than those who search for it.
No, where are you finding it says that the Traffic figure in the keyword tool and Jaaxy is per day?
The "avg" monthly volume is based on monthly searches. The traffic stat is also monthly searches, this is based on the assumed if you make the 1st page of search engines.
As with all keyword data, these are estimates and the traffic volume of a particular keyword will fluctuate on a day to day basis and throughout the year.

You should always check ranking using an incognito tab in Chrome or similar otherwise your previous browsing history will influence the results.

You might want to change your password after you get things straightened out as well, so not everyone in the community has access to it!! Did you get things worked out? Are you able to login again?
