Starter members can definitely earn commissions, albeit they cannot earn credits for their referrals setting up their accounts and Premium members do get double commissions. :)

How do I change my automatic annual renewal to not be automatic.
I am looking at some other online marketing options and just did not want the Annual amount coming o
The only way to stop billing is to cancel your membership. Don't worry, you can come back when you're ready, or switch to monthly payments after you cancel :) Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing
Thanks Marion, My account is on Automatic annual renewal and will renew on Apr 4. That is when they take my money.. May 4 is the actual expiration data. Can I change it from automatic to monthly? If I make it inactive (or deactivate it , if that is possible) what do I lose? Can I log back in to check my website and talk to people.

Is your email address the same as the one you added to your WA Premium account settings? Please check that first by going to:

Or did you change your username/email address from when you had the Starter membership?
Would you mind adding the screenshot to your reply to me by selecting the link chain symbol at the bottom left of the comment reply box.

SiteSupport is for your own website issues. The problem you have is with emails from Kyle, not about your website.

Hi Jude, Thanks for the reply. My emails for the trial and premium are different. So when Kyle sends something, he is sending to my account that is not my premium. When anyone sends something or when Kyle announces a webinar from Jay or someone else... It must be going to my premium email, which I get and access with no problem.

Looks Like I just need to private message kyle to remove my Trial email account? But if I do that will He start sending to my premium account? Why hasn't he been sending to premium account to begin with..
If you are able to log in to your Starter account, it could mean you have 2 WA accounts because as soon as you go Premium the free Starter account is upgraded and you should be left with only 1 account.
When we first join, we provide an email address for Admin updates. So that is probably why you are receiving those emails.
Not sure what went wrong. Do you have a different username or email address for the Starter account? If so, the system will see it as accounts belonging to 2 different people.

I received a promotion for JVZoo Academy. Looks like it is another training to learn how to use JVZoo... Does anyone know anything about it?
All I know about it is that the program is geared towards creating and promting your own product using the JVzoo platform. It does go into affiliate marketing as well. It is also endorsed by JVzoo.
How well the course is and is it worth the investment I can't comment.

Thanks Loes, He does a good job talking about JVZoo. What I was looking for was JVZoo Academy. I think it is an individual that has been successful with JVZoo and has put together the only Program supported by JVZoo to promote JVZoo.. Or something like that.

Absolutely. When they click your link, anything they buy for 24 hours is credited to you.
I would say about 50% of my Amazon earnings are from other products that I didn't even promote
