Message site support. This usually happens when they are moving websites to a different server or you might have a plug-in issue which site support can fix
Hello Susan. What type of error are we talking about here? If you could provide me with a screenshot of the error or more information I could help you better.
Does your site load or does it just display that error msg? I would suggest contacting WA support and putting in a support ticket.

Can anyone tell me what is making my pictures load sideways. I have edited them on my computer and saved them in the correct position but when I upload them to the post they go
Susan,
You can do an edit on the picture or image and it includes a button to turn the picture the way you want it :)
Click on the picture in your post a small icon comes up - this you can use to move the photo from the right center left or no alignment --- next is a small pen Cick on this it is to edit the photo it will come up on another screen and you can use the icons on that page to spin the photo to upright position :)
I upload them to mspaint, save them again as.. with another name, upload to wp again, hope this helps
Mine were doing that too. You can easily correct it when you load them in site content, just hit the rotate button until they are in the correct layout.

Some of mine did this also and I went back and rotated them so they were sideways and the loaded correctly- weird=
Maybe its the way we took them I'm not sure but I hope it works for you trying this

When it's for pointing out screenshots I use Jing Screenshots on the Fly When you want it in your posts How to make nice call to action arrows
there are even these arows in paint (windows program) - you can play to your hearts content offline - or canva for online graphics.
there are plenty of tutorials on you tube for the basics.

Is it hard to learn...I'm so unsmart about all this! LOL it all takes me a lot of time...I need kindergarten type training!!! LOL
I use Canva a lot and it didn't take long to figure it out. You can create your own image or put pointers in a screenshot. Canva has a free version.
