So there has been a lot of anger concerning Amazon discontinuing the image plus text links. But guess what I have gotten in my email๐Ÿ‘€ yesterday from one of Lassos managers. Read the following pictures this is a plugin that I use.

I hope this helps some of you guys who do use Amazon site strip. They are willing to build a compatible feature if enough people email them.

Sounds like a neat solution. I'll consider it.

Ms. Kida,

Let us know how effective this is for you. I am not an Amazon Associate. I never will be an affiliate for them. Lasso works for any affiliate program, so it's worth the cost if the affiliate marketer can afford it. I think it's steep at $39 a month. I have other monthly bills to deal with. Canva, Hemingway Plus, and ChatGPT 4. I need to start reducing some stuff and start getting my return on investment back from making sales just to be able to afford the Lasso plug-in.

I will๐Ÿ‘

Hi - can I suggest that you experiment with ChatGPT to see if can perform the same function as Hemingway?

I actually cancelled Grammarly Premium ages ago.

same, same here๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜ฃ๐Ÿ™„

Hard to believe they do,this to millions of affiliates...
what a shame

Just like google
We better defund them all
๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿฅฒ

Defund Amazon! ๐Ÿคฃ

Glad you saw the joke

Yes I caught it lol ๐Ÿ˜†

Interesting info, Ms. Kida! I have never been an Amazon Affiliate though!

Jeff

Hi - yes, I saw a video on YouTube earlier about this.

But it's not free obviously, that would be too much to hope for!

Looks as though the cheapest deal is $39 per month, for use on just one website, is that correct?

Is it worth it, in your opinion?

Do you get enough sales to essentially cover the cost?

Just curious, you don't have to answer!

I just use a free feature of it ms. Diane (this is without the pictures). I knew about the paid feature. But haven't tried it yet.

But I will try the paid feature to see what happens give me two weeks. ๐Ÿ˜† it's only for a month, if I don't like they won't get the following months payment.

A great option is AAWP, a pro plugin which I have been using for many years in several sites. It worked great in the past but with Google's craziness in the past year or so I stopped my license. It always worked with API and it had a full access to products. They claimed it was officially recommended by Amazon.

To answer the sales question I haven't used it actively because I had no issue with amazon until now. Lol give me two weeks and I will let everyone know if it's worth it lol ๐Ÿ˜†

Sounds great! I'm going to purchase the license for a month to see what happens and will report back in two weeks.

Yes, I believe that is still a valid option, that should work under the new rules.

I just checked one site with the active plugin and see product boxes in place, so it definitely works as usual, checked links.

But the site is practically dead in Google.

This plugin was generating a 4-figure income after 7 months in a brand new site. So it worked great, until Google crashed the site.

The plugin itself is simply excellent.

Awesome! And I hate that google crashed your site. Have you been able to get help with the site?

I have a graveyard of sites, all as dead as dodo. Hopeless.

Note again, if you plan to order AAWP, it needs API from Amazon. This is the only way.

okay. I never heard of this plugin but will look into it.

let us know if you use it and how it works :)

I have been using it for more than 4 years already.

Well, I'm not sure how long you've been doing this... but I will tell you, Amazon did this before. They encouraged us to use Native Ads, which we did. They encouraged us to use Site Stripe, which we did. Now, they want us to use the API but will throttle affiliates.... This, for me, is strike three.

This is my first year with Amazon. I haven't been doing this long what so ever but i was around when amazon disable native ads.

I never knew what it was no way. However, i do know what image + text is. And i know it is a big issue.

For everyone, and I agree with Phil1944 that amazon is trying to cut out as many middle men as possible. Keeping all profits to themselves if they can place their products on auto-pilot (as far as promoting them goes without affiliates). Especially with Ai. In my opinion. Thus the quiet deal with Facebook now that i think about it.๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’

Welcome to the Matrix is what comes to mind.
