Hi Rocco, It does take time to make a proper income of course but you can start making some commissions pretty soon from now.
Just follow the basics. -
1) Pick a keyword with 50 + searches a month and less than 150 competition (I actually try to find under 50 competition where possible).
2) Write a 1,500+ word article with the keyword in the title (URL) and in the first or second paragraph.
3) Repeat steps 1&2.
You really don't need to post every day. My opinion is that you are better to write one great article per week rather than seven shoddy ones.
Follow the basics, keep consistent and it will happen.
Hey Rob,
Thanks for the advise for writing articles. The only thought I had was that 1500+ words is quite a lot... I usually am reaching about 800 words per post. I mean I could write 1500 words, my first thought is that the reader wont sit through to read all of that.

Its been a few days since I posted to my site. Today when I went to view my site, the layout changed. It looks like a page of links that go to all of my post but still the cont
Pull the adsense header code out and you should be fine. Then make sure you create a child theme before you start making other edits to your theme.
Disable all your plugins to start with and refresh, hopefully that will solve it. When determining which plugins to add, keep in mind that a lot of them stink. Just saying. So make sure they are compatible to the current version of WP, which is 4.8.3. Also look for # of installations, the version #, reviews, etc.
If you disable your plugins and the problem is not corrected, I'd say to change your theme. A lot of free themes, like some plugins, stink. I've typically purchased premium themes but you can find some cool (stable) free themes at Modern Themes (.net) Once you've decided on your theme, make sure to create a child theme. Here is a good plugin to walk you through that. It can then be disabled once the child theme is created. https://wordpress.org/plugins/child-theme-configurator/
Hope this helps my friend!
It looks to me like your theme setting isn't in your site's code. Have you done any manual editing to your site's header recently?
A few days ago I applied for google adsense and I added the code in the header theme. Is it possible I could have pasted it in wrong?
Most likely when you added code to your header you inadvertently altered the theme code. Do you have a backup you can restore from?
Edited to add - I have seen plugin conflicts do this as well. Did you add any new plugins?
I haven't seen anything like that before. I would suggest getting out of site manager altogether and then getting back in and see if that continues. If it does, you could write to support and tney can take a look. siterubix>support then follow prompts to explain the problem.

I would like to hear from people who are currently making money online; on their most effective marketing techniques that bring in the most traffic. whether it be constant addi
Majority of my traffic comes from Google (organic search). This is achieved by targetting low-hanging fruit keyword and consistent posting (especially if you are just starting out your website).
Some others have better luck with social media (e.g. Pinterest, Facebook), so it definitely varies from one person to another.
ok, thanks for your input. sounds like being patient in the beginning with adding frequent post is key to down the road success.
Just aim at publishing a post once a day and you will be surprised by how much organic traffic you will get.
Do you mean publish on the site or the site and somewhere else - Google Plus, Facebook, Instagram, etc? What do you talk about in your daily posts?
