2 Years in WA! - Is Vegas Possible Already?

Hello all friends in WA! :)

It's again time for a monthly update and check. In the end of this post I'll also tell about my plans to move around. I'll leave Austria in 27.10.

September Review

In September I earned 2-year WA badge. Actually, I started in July of 2015 but I upgraded to premium in September.

My goals for September were:

• 60 blog posts
• 20 YouTube-Videos
• Make new friends in DNX-Global digital nomad event dnxglobal.com
• Make enough sales to be in time with Vegas goal. My goal was 17 sales for September.

Now when I review my results I must admit that I failed. I only did:

• 39 blog posts
  
• 10 YouTube-videos
• 10 WA-sales (110 free WA-referrals)

There were several days when I published 3 blog posts but on many other days I didn't publish even a single post. However, I'll learn from this failure and be more disciplined in the future. In October, November and December I must be more consistent. Every day effective and productive. In this month I had days when I worked 13 hours but other days I was only working 1 hour.

In addition, I was surprised that I made so little amount of WA-sales. One reason is that only 9% of all referrals became premium.

Do you think it's still possible to reach Vegas for me? I think it is. The traffic growth is good (40-60% per month) at the moment and people spend money usually more in the Autumn. (Just need 20-30-40 sales for the last months this year.)

Goals for October

Here are goals and habits for October:

• Wake up every single day before 6 AM. This will add my overall discipline.
• Publish 31 blog posts (1 per day. This will leave time for other activities.)
• Publish 15 YouTube-videos. (I started getting traction on YouTube so I am excited to see the growth.)
  
• Send one message to email list every week. I haven't really built a relationship with the list but I must start doing it now.

AND THIS ONE IS BIG: Start Instagram marketing. Recently I have been observing a huge growth of Instagram and I see there a HUGE opportunity. As far as I know, Instagram is the fastest growing social media platform in the Universe at the moment.

Here's my goal with Instagram for October:

1.Create a niche-specific profile
2.Post 60 pictures (2 per day)
3.Get 5,000 followers. (I'm not sure if it's realistic but remember the quote from Les Brown: "Most people fail in life not because they aim too high and miss, but because they aim too low and hit.)

So, there are 4 focus areas:

1.SEO and organic growth on YourOnlineRevenue.com.
2.YouTube and video marketing.
3.Email marketing.
4.Instagram marketing.

If you are thinking that I stress myself too thin, think twice. ;) I don't have any other responsibilities at the moment so I can give a full energy for the online business. Just need to be disciplined and focused.

BIG CHANGES - I'll Move to Bulgaria

In the end of October (27.10.) I will move from Austria to Bulgaria. My quality of living will rise significantly while my cost of living goes down.

I will live in a modern hotel-quality apartment of 75m2. Includes a bath, balcony with mountain views, kitchen. In the same complex there is a spa, gym, Turkish and Finnish sauna. Then the staff will clean my room and do the laundry every now and then. All of this costs only around $350 per month!

Most likely I'll create a company in Bulgaria because there the taxation is great.

I'll live in Bulgaria at least for two months. After that I'll maybe head to Athens but I haven't decided yet. If you have suggestions, you can also leave them below ;)
