Trying to pick a niche and there's so much to choose from! I'm having a hard time narrowing it down to one to start with! HELP lo
Hello, ThoH, I am a beginner but I think that you should concentrate first on a content type and make a niche first and then continue to develop other content.
Hi, I have written a Blog Post on this very subject- How to Choose a Niche, it will give you some tips and exercises to mull over to help you find out what gives you passion.

To answer the question, yes, start out with one niche and become the authority on it.
Make a list, Brother. Brainstorm! Then take a good, long look at each one, considering Pros and Cons. Does one seem to Jump Out at You? Probably best to Begin with one, but with Multiple Interests, you may very well end up with Multiple Niches. Nothing Wrong with that. You're a Renaissance Man! :)
If you're starting out, I would concentrate on 1niche website and get good quality content up. Once you have that under control then you can think of the second.
You need to make sure that whatever you chose as a niche, it is something you can write about frequently not just for a few months but years.
You will be working on this site for a long time to come, it will become your virtual workplace., So the more you love it or are passionate about, the better :)
Great point thank you for that info!! That's something I hadn't thought of! I have just watched the website building video and I will be building my very first website tomorrow. So I am thinking long and hard of what my niche will be!
What I did when I started here was just build a site rubix site as a tester, that way you don't need to purchase a domain name. This gives you time to explore how the training works and to decide on which niche you will eventually to go with
Ask yourself this question- this is what I ask my coaching clients-
In a perfect world, you get to get up every morning and do what you absolutely love to do. Now, do not limit yourself bc we are in a perfect world. There is a business for absolutely any hobby or interest that you have.
What do you like to do on your day off or free time?
What have you enjoyed since you were a kid?
If money were no issue what would you do everyday?
You get up get dressed, get in your car and go where?
What do other people tell you that you are good at?
Think on those- but dream big- do not limit censor yourself and just let your mind wander and think on it for a day or 2.
That should help.

I skateboarded my entire youth and into my adult years! I know there's a big market for skate clothes, hats, boards and everything that goes with it!
Is there something in particular that you are very knowledgable about, or that you are get passionate about? Those would be good things.
I'm not sure if I wanted some kind of a help product wether it was weight loss, help sleeping, or more on the sport hobby type of niche

You should pick a niche in something your interested in or have knowledge in it can be absolutely anything. It doesn't have to be one certain thing. I hope that helps.

You should pick a niche in something your interested in or have knowledge in it can be absolutely anything. It doesn't have to be one certain thing. I hope that helps.
