Just be sure that your link is set up correctly. Sometimes there is a delay in sending out or recording of referrals on the Internet.
Make sure your friend has used YOUR affiliate link (like make her checking addresses in browser's page visit history). She could accidently sign up at general WA page, without affiliate credentials. In any case, contacting Kyle would be a good idea. (BTW, everyone receives a message from Kyle upon signup, that's not a prove of his guilt :) .
Hi Billyboons. Thanks so much. Ya I was the one who got her to the page. I entered my referral link directly into her browser
Then you can presume a glitch and contact our shepherds. May ask your friend to PM Kyle as well. And ask them to check your link functionality.
So, what do you want,?? A cookie? lol. Just teasing. Send Kyle a PM and they will place them under you unless they got a cookie on their computer from another website.
If this is the case and they have not gone Premium yet, just have them cancel their membership, clear their cookies, go to your website and click through you.
Kyle has an auto responder....as do you at WA. I am sure he is a little troll-like creature who is able to personally track over 580,000 people and millions of potentials before his nightly sloping. ROFL.
As a precaution, so Kyle will never steal another one of your referrals, direct them to join through the website " www.MakeMeAWealthyAffiliate.com " really, I don't mind.
No, Kyle didn't take your referral. Don't worry. It happened to me in the past. That's a system glitch. Just send him a private message and he will put your referral into your list.
Hi Alicia, a quick way of checking is go to the airplane button on the top menu go to my referrals on the drop down menu this will take you to your referral list. You can check referrals that have accepted your invitation and those that have gone premium.
Just a query have you set up your welcome messages these get sent to the referral that accepts your invitation automatically.
To access go to the airplane drop down menu then go to messages here you can set up messages from here.
Everyone gets a message from Kyle and Carson. So if your friend didn't it may because you have not set them up yet.
If no joy PM Kyle, You get a payment when a referral fills out the profile and uploads a photo the system kicks into full gear when referrals go premium.
Great hint! I hadn't come across these messages yet and have set them up now. Thank you!
Heidi
If your friend did some research after talking with you and visited any other WA site and clicked on a link there, the way the affiliate cookie works is that the LAST link clicked gets the referral.
So if she did not go back to use your link, that might explain it.
That's not a WA thing. It is the way cookies work everywhere. That's why it is important to close the sale through our website link or whatever promotions we've got going.
The last cookie ID clicked on always replaces the previous cookie. That's why it is important to do the best we can to ensure people click only through our link and no one else AFTER (not before) communicating with us.
I'm sure if Kyle got your referral because your friend visited one of his sites and signed up without going back to your link, he'll gladly give her back to you...lol.
Let us know what happens. ~Jude
Hi Judebanks. Thanks so much ya I am trying to pm kyle at the moment. Because the funny thing was was that she has no data on her phone. I had just spoken with her today and we stopped somewhere for her to get some free wifi while we were in the car. She had never been on a wa site before. and I even went and put my link in for her right away. I found her as a new member so I am following her but I just figured it was strange lol
already read that one but she had not previously been on any wa site before. I even typed in my referral link into her phone browser as she wasnt able to see the whole thing on my website via her phone. But thankyou!
I agree PM Kyle :-)) xoxox mind you i am under Ian (Pribs) and i still go a message from Kyle when i joined......r u sure she is under him? xoxoxo
Everyone will get a welcome message from Kyle, but he should be able to track your referral. I would, as the others said, PM Kyle with your referrals name so he can check it out.

Hi, you need to go to webmaster tools. Have you started a google account? This is very easy:
https://accounts.google.com/
From there you can now add separate analytics and webmaster tools accounts.
From there adding your site is easy, and one of the first questions that Google asks you is about the WWW.
Under "set preferred version", you can specify how google will see you. Click "don't set preferred domain".
Next go back to your site and add the following plugin: Google XML Sitemaps by Arne Brachhold. This will create a sitemap for you.
Within Webmaster tools, if you then go to"crawl" and then "sitemaps", click Add sitemap (on the right) and add the sitemap domain. It should end in sitemap.xml
Google will then spider your site, pick up on your choices of www and all should be well.
:-)
I had done the whole google thing before when my site was still a siterubix site but I didn't think about going over that again. Thanks so much!
I haven’t been doing this for long enough to have a comprehensive answer, but based on the little I do know, two important factors in boosting your ranking in search engines are:
1) Regular blog posts that make use of keywords you’ve determined have low competition (words you’ve found in Jaaxy or the WA Keyword Tool).
2) Regular engagement with visitors through comments on your site.
If you go to the Site Manager/Access your websites/site health area of your WA account page, you’ll see a slider bar that indicates your site’s overall health. If you click on the “View Details” link to the right of the bar, it will break down for you where your site is doing well and not so well at present.
There are likely to be other influences on your Google ranking, but these are the main ones I’m aware of. You mention your site has been "indexed for a bit already", but you don't say how long that bit is. It might still be relatively early days for you.
Best wishes.
Hey Groundstar. Thanks so much. The only thing in the site health that needs improving is site trust which for some reason is at 0. 2 items at 70% and the rest is at 100. It's been indexed since July 24th
Change that I checked again at my site health. Plugin are at 70% Feedback is at90% everything else is at 100% except for site trust which is still at 0
In that case it looks like you're doing all of the right things (better than I am in fact), and all you need now is persistence. July 24th isn't very long ago in the great scheme of things (as I understand it anyway). I suspect if you continue doing the right things and plod quietly on then your ranking will improve. Site trust is something I believe isn't going to come in a week or two.
In that event, all you need now is staying power and persistence. I'm impressed by your scores. I think if you just keep blogging in a way that makes effective use of keywords, your ranking will climb.
Thanks so much! And if you need help getting any of your other site details up percentage wise just give me a shout :-)
Thanks very much, that's kind of you. I had to spend a long time setting up the e-commerce/print sales element of my site (in the main because the print provider needed my image files at a completely different size/resolution to the files I've been printing from for years - so all of them had to be re-saved from the master files). As a result of that I neglected the blogging and in particular, visitor engagement via comments for a while. My site health is "middling" at present. I'm managing to start getting comments again, but if you have a minute to leave a one-liner, however general, it all helps and I'll be grateful.

Engagement, publishing frequency, and site trust (currently wallowing at 40% - 40% - and 20% respectively) are the weak areas. Although I upload image content on a regular basis, Google doesn't appear to pay any attention to that (or not much). Engagement via comments is the easiest one to address, and I've started chipping away at that recently. In parallel with that I need to start adding more posts based on keywords. I think those two factors will help a lot. There was an era when my site health was showing as "pretty good". Now it's fallen back to "getting better" following the time I spent dealing with the engineering side of setting up print sales and nothing else. Comments are the most direct way of addressing the relatively low engagement percentage. Anything should help.....thank you.
I think from what I've been hearing and seeing, that site trust will usually start even at 0, and grow over time and with more work on a consistent basis. It's a scare to see it like that, but it only means things are just beginning.......think everyone's had that.
Kind of like work references for a company, the more years you have of good report, the more seriously you are considered......
I'm sure you're right. It always takes time to achieve "overnight" success. I know it's a persistence thing. Because I focused on the engineering aspects of a site to the exclusion of everything else, the site health fell away a bit. It's creeping back now.
All ranking algorithms require a settlement period to give the results you want. 2or 3 days should be good.

Update: it's working again! Yay!!! I don't know why it stopped before I just went to go check it again before I contacted support and it's up and working. Thanks everyone!
Excellent, keep an eye on it honey as i still can sign in through wp-admin :-(( and i cant send emails from atmail either :-((
oh i plan on it... a very close eye. What I didn't understand was why support was getting after me for not being thorough with my explanation about the problem and what site i was having problems with (before this issue occurred) because at the very beginning when I opened a ticket with them I specifically said which site then they started talking about my other sites and 'got after' me for not telling them it was in regards to this one.. which I HAD!
Ohhhhh.....honey i do not have clue, i think maybe they are not able to understand english correctly as they keep telling me explain better when i explianed perfectly well. They told me off for sending screenshots last time as they said it confused them and this time re emails they said i was not clear and asked for screenshots....they couldnt understand one simple line fo text which was
"we have logged in from the UK and from IRELAND and the emails are still not working" this was in response to them telling me to sign in from a different browser etc.....how much more different can you get than a browser and internet connection in a different bloody country......anyway the just keep blaming everything on Browsers, Connections, java...plug-ins etc....i have finally come to the conclusion that the only SUPPORT we have is eachother....xoxox
Ya I was thinking they might not understand English very well as well by some of their replies to me. Now If I knew what their home language was and if I knew that language I would just try to explain the issue that way but no such luck
That would be too easy huh....lol.....i am trying hard NOT to have to BOTHER with them too xoxo
Just got back from the parade I took my kids to haven't been able to contact them yet. I am going to after I give my kiddos lunch
Will do.. I was hoping not to have to contact them as yesterday when I did about the same site only different problem it almost seemed like they were chastising me for confusing them and not being clear enough. I apologized to them but I was being as clear as I possibly could considering I had no idea what the problem was just that it wasn't working I ended up having someone else help me fix the problem.
yeah that is what i got every time i asked about a problme with my site...have a look at Its not me - its you !
check these out honey :-(( Its not me - its you ! Problems: wp-login wp-dashboard session timed out ? and Theme warning ! - you all need to read this asap you may find the answer and your theme may be un-supported if you have not sorted it yet, check it out xoxoxo let me know will you
I once had a problem when the script of wordpress just didn't load properly and I needed to start over. Perhaps this is what is happening now.
Or, It looks like the domain is not linked to the website. Is it pointing correctly at the servers?
Finally, it could be an incompatibility issues with certain plugins working alongside each other. Can you remember which one you added last? Or work backwards?
All of these can only be accessed by support but they might find the answers to some of these suggestions helpful.
Just some thoughts . Good luck :-)
I can confirm Dreamer56's findings. The site itself is not loading if I try to browse as a visitor. I'd say the problem was big enough to justify opening a support ticket. If you can't edit the site as admin, and a visitor like me can't even browse the site then support should get involved.
Part of the information support might need is to know what you were doing to the site when you were last able to get in as admin, however trivial it might have been. If you also explain that you as an admin account can't login, and external visitors to the site can't open it (I just get the URL in the address bar of my browser, and a blank page), that should show them where to start troubleshooting. They may need to ask you specific questions after that.
Alicia try clearing your browser's cache. I know it sounds silly but it has been known to work.
It appears to be time to contact support. I just tried to visit your site and get the same blank page
:-( a problem for tomorrow then I need to be up in half hour so I better get to bed. Thanks for trying to help!
