I received an email from Namecheap where I bought my domain name saying I need to renew my domain name today or there will be an interruption on my website. Since I transferred
You HOST it here but Namecheap still has control over it. (They can actually do a lot of things that many people don't like the idea of, but nothing to concern you!)
You still need to renew it every year.
If you moved it here by changing the DNS and if you still have it registered there, yes.
If you changed the registrar to here and here is now the register you need to click SiteRubix and click support to make sure that the transfer went through and ask them.
As you bought your domain name from Namecheap you still have to countinue to pay them for renewing your domain name - you're just hosting here.
You can have the domain name (registration) moved here and then in the future you will pay the WA for your domain name

I received an email from Amazon saying that due to no referrals/ sales that my application was rejected. I can apply again when I have more traffic to my website. Can I still s
Increase your traffic and then reapply. And, if no sales in a month and there is something that you want to buy from Amazon, click to Amazon via your site and then purchase it. You'll get credit for the purchase plus show Amazon that people are buying things via your site. ;)
onmyownterms is right....you cannot sell Amazon products without being an affiliate. Once your website traffic grows, you can re-apply. In the meantime, there are literally tons of alternatives. For starters, you might check out Kyle's blog: Relevant Affiliate Programs are Everywhere
