Been extremely ill.
Sorry for not being more involved this past month, but like Jay I got that damned flu and it's apparently gone to Pneumonia as well. I see my rankings going down but there's not much I can do right now. I see new followers and all that and thank you and welcome. But it will be a while before I'm back to my industrious self again.

Thanks everyone for all the well wishes. It means a lot. I HATE being sick. When I'm sick I don't feel good. (lol!) Plust it's really putting a huge debt problem on top of my shoulders now as I haven't punched the clock in two weeks, or posted anything on my sites and so on. Very frustrating. May have to go offline again due to the direct debit thing with WA. All in all GRRR!! But thanks for writing that means a lot.
By the way...what's the update on little Kai?

yikes, sorry for your situation but thanks for the warning - upping the garlic and echinacea here!!!!
The Echinacea and garlic have been working well for me too, these last twenty years - so long as I get in early with it!
