I need to know precisely what is the correct date of my direct debit from my bank. My profile says the fifteenth but the bank statement says the 20th. I may have to go to hospital same as Jay did, and cannot most likely make my monthly premium payment. Cannot seem to contact Kyle anymore without being redirected. Sorry for not being more involved this past month, but like Jay I got that damned flu and it's apparently gone to Pneumonia as well.
