How To Secure Your WordPress Website From Hackers
Do you want to learn how to secure your WordPress website from hackers?
It can take a lot of money to secure your website if you don't know how to do it yourself. More and more WordPress websites are getting hacked every day so you should take every possible security measure to protect your blog from hackers, malware and data loss due to security flaws.
I urgently recommend that you install and activate the free "Limit Login Attempts" plugin by Johan Eenfeldt.
I also use "WordPress Database Backup" by Austin Matzko to back up the data base before installing any updates and then on a regular basis going forward.
"WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click" by wp-buy is another top free plugin that I use to protect my websites from plagiarism.
Last, but not least, I've discovered "Wordfence Security" by Wordfence with over 3 million downloads to date. It's compatible with the latest version of WordPress and you should soon be secure from the latest Bash vulnerability disclosed just this week.
So install my recommended plugins now and secure your WordPress website from hackers.
Update: Don't use "Wordfence Security" if you are hosted with WA; it won't work. I believe the others are fine.

One of the advantages of "Wordfence Security" by Wordfence is that it speeds things up. But to my horror I've discovered that Wordfence doesn't work with WA hosting. My bad.
You're welcome, Kathy. My daughter rang me to tell me about the Bash vulnerability so I thought I would pass on these tips.
If you only install one I recommend "Wordfence Security" as it covers quite a lot of security issues.
