I am in the health nice, and the newspaper headline of today was:
6 times more poison in strawberries
I rushed over to my blog and added a paragraph, and however I promote biological health food, I added:
Strawberries belong to one of the fruits that are sprayed with the most poison. Some even contain 6 times more poison species than other fruits. This can not be rinsed because it is absorbed by the strawberry. Strawberries are generally quite expensive compared to other fruits, but my advice is to add a little more for your healthy bite and go for organic-grown strawberries.

I do agree with the news because I came from La Trinidad, the vegetable bowl of the Philippines and they grow strawberries there and I know it is being watered and sprayed with insecticides. Even the cabbages just more than a week before the harvest.
I do agree with what you said that it is best for our time to be organic when it comes to fruits and vegetables. If ever we buy, let it be fully cooked not just half-cooked.
