I looked all over the Jaaxy website under the pages "Affiliate Program" and "Affiliate Programs" but I did not find it. I will PM Kyle or Carson to get the answer. Thanks.

Hi Deidre, I just got new referrals for JAAXY and I encounter the same issue. Is there a place on Jaaxy where we can see our referrals and follow up with them like what we can do for WA referrals?
Thanks.
Jude
Hi Jude,
Sorry for not responding sooner... I had PM'd Kyle about this and he said that the names and email info of Jaaxy referrals is no longer available because that info should be protected. Hopefully in the future, Kyle will set up a way for us to connect with our Jaaxy referrals without violating privacy rights.
Deidre
Hi Deidre, thanks a lot for sharing your findings. Yes, it would be great to have the details but let's see how it unfolds down the future. With GDPR and all...I expect more data protection and I guess it won't be easy to get these details.

Besides the email that WA allows you to send automatically when a referral has not completed his/her account setup after 3 days, how do I send another email to these referrals
You can just set up the email responder system at WA or use an email auto responder system like Aweber
Is there a way to send a global email to my referrals?

Hello everyone,
For the past few days, I have been getting emails (I don't know from whom) notifying me that a person has signed up as a referral from my Main Link WA prom
Yes, I think it is spam as well. Nevertheless, I have asked Kyle about this and he said he will look into it, as he has never seen this either. Thanks to all of you who have responded.
Deidre
I'm pretty sure that's spam and the system automatically filtered it out, so that is why you couldn't find it.
I just don't want the possibility of somebody using another's id somehow.....had a bad experience on Twitter once and the joker even sent me a 'thank you'.....lol

I have been using the site comments feature lately and I was wondering if I am doing the right thing. I have been giving 2 comments for each page--1 comment on the post itself,
Hello everyone,
My deepest thanks to all who have responded to my question. After reading the responses, I will offer comments to posts that I've read on "Site Comments" and general feedback to websites presented in the "Site Feedback" feature. I will also PM the WA member of the site presented in the Site Comments if I have a suggestion on how the site can be improved.
Thanks again for clearing up my confusion with the two features.
Deidre
After reading the answers to your question, I have my penny's worth to add.
There is a place where you can TRULY offer genuine Feedback for websites and receive credit for doing so.

The good folks here at WA are correct about leaving website feedback via a PM. You can also use the Site Rubix Feedback feature to leave website general comments.
I admit I had forgotten about using the PM feature. I agree that PM is the best way to provide feedback to a member's website, especially if the feedback may be perceived as negative. The last thing I want to do is put a comment on someone's post that may be perceived as negative. I try my very best to phrase my comments and site feedbacks in a way that does not ridicule or make the site owner feel bad. We all have a responsibility as WA members to always encourage and uplift each other when providing feedback and comments
Actually if you say things like "this is constructive criticism "; "you might consider" or "this is just a thought" people understand that you are not being negative but are just trying to help. Then you can use the Feedback System and not have to worry about ridiculing someone.
Just my humble opinion, Deidre. Oh, that's another thing you can say. :-)
You should only be giving comments from WA unless you're chasing up a reply. In which case WA will confirm this via your email to respond on their website. Hope that helps :)
Yes, I do get emails when members respond to my comments or feedback; this prompts me to read their responses and I reply accordingly. Thanks for your input.
Deidre
You should never leave general feedback about the site in the comments section. A pm here is the best way to do that. I wrote a blog about it and Kyle left a comment. What NOT to do when using the new commenting system " KylePremium Ambassador 10 days ago Absolutely, and don't reference that you "like the site" because that is not a comment. When using the comment system it must be engaging content that is relevant to the topic. You risk not getting your comments approved if you don't do this.
Also, if you get comments that are not relevant or useful on your site, you should be disapproving them with a message so that people know for next time how they can create better comments."
Hope this helps. :)
Hi Kathy,
I've requested comments on my posts a few times, and I'm glad to say that I have not had any irrelevant or poor comments from other members. I will take a look at the link you provided, thanks.
Deidre
My advice is this only on the site comments give your comments concerning the post or the page and if you want to offer a general comment concerning the website leave it to the member here at wealthy affiliate or PM the member. This one will assist and thanks for this.
In the actual Site Comments feature you just have to leave your comment about the particular post/page you see right there. That's all you need to do to get the credit. Of course you can post more comments to more pages of the website your viewing within the site itself if it interests you but this will have no effect on the Site Comments credits :)
