Great!

Hi, member still cannot login.
I have updated the question:
"The retrieve password feature is not working ” I get no email sent to me. I have checked span and trash folders repeatedly but still now working, and nothing has come through"
"I have tested sending to my email from my backup email address, and my email address is working fine"
"I emailed them through a form on there but no response."

1st Feb UPDATE still not working despite the 2 members suggestions below:
"I am premium but because I can not log in I can not access premium support. What is the point of them saying that"

1. WHAT can he do from here?
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/pwoita is his member profile
OR
2. What can we as community do to help him?
OR
3. Who do I need to PM to get this resolved?

Thanks in advance

Can you send a message to https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/contact

Then choose the category other than billing.

Tell Carson what the issue is.

Thank you for your kindness, I have asked Eli to do as you suggested.

Great

Hi at login page, they can reset their password, an email will be forward to their inbox to perform such a task.

If they have "Automatically log me in from links in email notifications" set up to ON, clicking any link within their email inbox system will auto log them in.

That's the email associated with WA.

I check spam folder.

If I add WA to my contacts list, it would be in my inbox

Premium or premium plus may also contact support, starters cannot.

You're very welcome John.

You can also contact support on their behalf and ask them if they can resolve their issue.

I have done this quite few times, however, sometimes they have preference for the person with the account as they may be then ask sensitive questions.

I see George has suggested few options as well.

Hope you get it resolved sooner.

You may ask Peter if they have the correct email address ? Or checking the correct email address ?

Hey John,

Forget everything you know, Haha.

Google is no longer a robotic machine, and is far more intuitive in 2021 (and beyond) than we give her credit for.

In fact, I'll go as far as to say that keywords will become less and less important, and there will be more focus on the subject matter of your article in conjunction with the searcher's intent, i.e. what is the searcher actually looking for and does your article satisfy this need?

So, punctuation doesn't make any difference whatsoever.

Basically, aim to leave absolutely no doubt what the subject matter of your article is about, and then Google will choose to rank you for related search terms (whether those terms are included in your article or not).

I have proven in my blog post below that I am ranking for certain phrases on an article, and those exact words don't appear in my title, meta description, or even within the actual article (so, my theory about keywords becoming less important kinda holds up).

Google completely understood what my article was about and therefore ranked me for related phrases. So, the best way to make it obvious what the subject matter of your article is about is to have reference to it in your title, your introduction, your conclusion, and within one of your subheadings.

If you make it obvious what your article is about then a bit of punctuation here-or-there won't make a blind bit of difference.

Thank you ParthaB for your candid article above. I'm brand new in WA, and I'm going keyword searching for my first niche. Your info makes it very clear, and it helps me to better think about what and how I'm gonna make my search. And I agree with you that the future of the patterns of written articles and such will be dissected properly in ways that don't rely on the placement of keywords by Google, etc. Thanks again. This is excellent information to know, Prince Partha!

Partha is a Google ologist, like a geologist it takes knowledge about what is and a developed sense of intuition about the matrix and how it acts.
Anyways to Partha, thanks! 👑 😎👑
You are really appreciated!!👍👍👍

be careful of any advanced search words that google has set aside...especially after the colon...
so :definition...tells google to go get the definition of the previous words...
but in most cases google will ignore the special characters....
have fun
phil

Moz have a pretty definitive list ...

https://moz.com/learn/seo/search-operators

weird that definition is not in there...
if you try :definition or : definition google returns the dictionary definitions of hte word...
so reckon there is a gap there....
https://ahrefs.com/blog/google-advanced-search-operators/
has define in there...so google is recognizing similar words....

So WA is more comprehensive than Moz :-)

What an awesome community!

Hi - yes, as the others have said, Google looks for the searcher intent, and ignores punctuation, capitalization, etc.

No worries. Google will ignore special characters and look only in your keywords.

Thanks Ivan!
Good to get confirmation from you and the awesome community here.

Good call.

Hi

As far as I am aware, all punctuation is ignored.

Thanks for the resource.

Thanks Abie as always
