Since a few days ago I am wondering if there is any limitation on me creating my blog and attempting to monetize it if I am in the US with a L1 visa.
This is basically what you can do from anywhere in the world, but signing up with affiliate programme like amazon, i think tax information is required
Hi - I suggest you take legal advice. This what I have found in Google -
"Another L-1 visa restriction is the fact that visa holders are not permitted to start their own business while on L-1 status. In order to maintain your status, you must only work for your sponsoring employer and no one else"
Thank you so much, yes I will take legal advice. In the meanwhile I will just keep learning :D

Can I do affiliate marketing while on l1 visa?

This is an interesting question, one to remember for future reference when helping out referrals. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I have been thinking about a way to drive organic traffic to my website. I want to test FB groups, I created a personal page to be able to join groups and as it is a new page i
Hi - there is no specific minimum, but group owners set their own rules. You can only actually have one FB account with one personal page, but you can add business pages to it.
I don't want to reinvent the wheel, so I want to share what FB says:
https://www.facebook.com/community/establishing-membership-and-rules/how-to-write-great-group-rules/
Likes are not a requirement to join groups. Finally, FB doesn't allow to have more than one account. Your pages must be created under that account.
Tom
No criteria as far as am aware, however it is up to the groups admin to accept or reject you.
Some have questionnaires for you to complete.
You could also form a group to go with your business page.
If options are appearing, it could very well be up to facebook as you said the page is new.
You can only have the one personal account, multiple business pages, groups and one business profile.

Everytime I am uploading images from WordPress directly all of them are resized to medium 300 x 300px size and cannot change the size because the image gets blury.
I am d
I think it depends on your theme. Have to play around with the sizing. You can maybe download photo resizing software to play around. I used caesium images compression tool which I learned from another WA member some months ago.
You should reduce the size of the image to no bigger than the size they are going to be displayed before you upload them. Big images cause your site to load slowly.
You will need different sizes according to where you place the images. Your theme will dictate the size of featured images, images in widgets, and full-width images. You will decide if you want full-width images or smaller images within your posts and pages.
Thanks guys, the way Imade it work was actually uplaoding them manually through the WA Content Manager. :D
Check what you have in Settings, Media, perhaps the size there should be changed.
The other option may be that the theme shows the size you mentioned, this may happen with Generate Press, you can then click on image display settings in the text and choose the full size.
You should be downloading the small pictures. I usually download the 300-pixel picture or the smallest one they have to offer. Try that, and see if it helps.

I already created my instagram profile as personal, and linked it to facebook because I am a bit lazy and want to optimize my time so when I post in instagram it will be replic
Hi! I have a business page with Facebook and Instagram. What I really enjoy i the fact that you can schedule your post. SO you can prepare a whole month in advance and don't have to worry about forgetting to post something on your profile.
You choose what suits you best. I prefer business.
Great question I would from my experience take a step back and think about the audience that you want to attract, where are they and then really work that platform and give it your focus otherwise I think we end up being the master of none. I am about to cull some of mine and really narrow in. Good luck, Phil

I applied for an affiliate program within cj.com and got rejected, do I need to worry about my website content because of that?
Give your site some time to mature a little. Try to get as much reviews on your website through W.A platform. And try to get as much traffic like others here have suggested. After you see some traffic and reviews, try again. All the best!.
You're site is to young. Focus on traffic first - don't worry about affiliate programs at this stage.
Once your site has more age and more content reapply.
But as I said focus on traffic first. Because without traffic it makes no difference what affiliate programs you join.
No traffic - No revenue
thanks that actually make a lot of sense. I will focus on my content and traffic in the meanwhile.
That might be the reason then. Some affiliate programs will accept affiliates right away, but others approve affiliates once they have more traffic on their website. Work on increasing your traffic and then re-apply.
