How are you today? Today's post is inspired by Frankie in his question:
Have You Read As A Man Thinketh
While watching the youtube video, I can't really listen well ... so I google searched for the ebook "As A Man Thinketh" and found it ...
This is the second time I read it .. and still in "awe" of it .. :)
There are many paragraphs in this book that "fantasized" me but I would like to share some of the paragraphs which amazes me :

He who cherishes a beautiful vision, a lofty ideal in his heart, will one day realize it. Columbus cherished a vision of another world, and he discovered it.
Copernicus fostered the vision of a multiplicity of worlds and a wider universe, and he revealed it.

Cherish your visions; cherish your ideals; cherish the music that stirs in your heart ... the beauty that forms in your mind, the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts ...

Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Your Vision is the promise of what you shall one day be; your Ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil.
The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn; the bird waits in the egg; and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities.

Too many people think they can attract what they want just by thinking about it. They don't get past the "Dream it" stage.
One of the first books of it's type I read, about 20 years ago now. Later on I bought it on cd and had it in the car, other books in the same niche I read at that time were The Magic of Thinking Big, The Richest Man In Babylon, How to Win Friend and Influence People and the most famous of all Think and Grow Rich.
I will say if you can get the audio version of As a Man Thinketh it is done very well.
