You do have to take action to let those credits pay out to you and click the Exchange for $0,00 button

Did she check all the boxes at the bottom of the training, she does need to do all the tasks

I commented on this elsewhere, has she ensured that she's ticked all the activity boxes under each lesson? If not, the way to jump ahead to the next level is click on the green Certification button and then access Level 2 from there.
