I Miss My Father So Much!

It is Sunday afternoon, Singapore time. ;))
Today is Father's Day and I must tell you ... I really miss my father very much!!
Even now as I am sharing with you guys, I don't know why ... my tears just drop!!
My father had passed away for more than ten years already due to heart failure but I still miss him till today.
To me, my father is the most gentle and most kind man on earth!! I never see him raise his voice before and he never scold or beat any of us at all. Amazing!! :))
I am very grateful to him because he had sacrificed so much for all of us and he would never indulge in luxuries so that he could give us the best of what life can give!!
Oh my God, words cannot express my yearning for my father ... I miss him so much!!!
I take this opportunity to wish you all a "Happy Father's Day" .... May you treasure your father and never take him for granted ... please give him a hug today and tell him that you love him even though you sometimes don't show it!! :))

Your father was a lucky man for having a daughter who thinks about him regardless of the time passed. Thank you for sharing this, it raises a lot of emotions, and you know what, my tear dropped as well.

My eyes are brimming for you too as I can relate; my father was a wonderful man too. Your father will not be far away from you and I am sure he is watching over you as you read this. Death can not break a beautiful bond like this. Tears and memories go together, then tears give way to smiles as we remember the good times - those are his legacy for you - what a wonderful gift - a lifetime of beautiful memories for you - let them heal your heart.

May your father's Soul Rest In Peace. This is a day to remember fathers dead or alive. I lost my father too six years ago. Happy Fathers' Day to all WA members.
Blessing to you Sis Jewel I understand how you feel My father passed away in 2005 of a stroke. Just know both are in a wonderful and peaceful place enjoy life as it should be in peace filled with love around them.

Oh bless you. It must be a hard day for you. I hope it was cathartic to write like this. I never had a good relationship with my father but I was very close to my grandmother and she died last Christmas Eve. It was very hard and I still cry at least once a week. All we can do is remember the good times and carry on. I am sure your father would be touched to know you loved him so much.x

We had a Mothers Day and rightfully we should have a Fathers Day. I owe my Fathers a debt of gratitude for what he left inside me not to me. I have passed this on to my sons who are super dads to their children.
