I believe I've solved the Mystery that has had many of us who create and put training out here at WA “scratching our heads”.

YES, the WA Training Credits Mystery Has Been Solved!

We've all asked Kyle and Carson many times but none of us have ever yet received a response. That includes myself, Loes, Marion, and several others who produce training here at WA.

If you are someone who produces training here at WA, then you know there is a Blue Progress Bar that is located inside your Training tab.

Click on this “Training” tab in your Profile view located at the top of the page inside the “My Profile” box to the right of “My Blog” and “Questions”. On the next screen you will see a Blue Progress Bar appearing to the LEFT of each training module you have created.

The Blue Bar tracks each of your training’s progress toward completing training Levels 1-5.

With each subsequent higher training level you achieve and complete over time, you are paid a separate and higher commission by WA.

Although comparatively the graduated commissions are rather small, WA has a proprietary algorithm (which seems to always be changing) that calculates and informs you when you have reached new training level plateaus.

Why did blue bar for my training level shift far to left?

The Mystery of the Blue Bar

Until today, the unsolved mystery has been:

Why does the Blue Progress Bar indicate that completed progress toward a particular training level is HIGHER on a given earlier day i.e. 65%, as opposed to a following or future day – when on occasion it has been known to inexplicably reduce the completed progress of the training say to i.e. 15% thus shifting the Blue Bar far to the LEFT?

Wow, that was a mouthful!

But this is exactly what happened to me with my “Instagram 101” training this week.

And this has exactly happened several times in the past to Loes (who produces MANY trainings here, and like me also asked the question) and several other members who produce training here.

So here are my reasons - and why I believe I solved the mystery..

Look carefully at the Blue Bar again, read what is written above it “Level 2, 20 credits.”

The entire length of the Blue Bar represents +20 credits, and presumably when it fills to 100% it means the person who created the training will have competed Level 2 which is equal to +20 credit points - thus earning them a $10 commission.

Now let’s relate this information to what happened to me.

On Wednesday May 23, my “Instagram 101” training clearly showed that my progress toward completing Level 2 was at or near 55% -60%.

However by late Thursday morning May 24 my Blue Bar indicator had shifted far to the left by mysteriously dropping to a mere 5% of completion – a loss of 50%!!

Yet as you can see over this same 24 hour period, my “Instagram 101” training’s engagement actually increased!

WA sent me an email on 11:52 am Thursday May 24 telling me 10 of my training cash credits were approved early.

Coincidentally by later that afternoon, I noticed my Blue Bar level (shifted to the left) reducing by +10 credits (or 50%), which clearly indicates a cause-effect relationship.

Here is a screenshot of the email I received by WA on Thursday morning May 24 stating that +10 training credits were approved and issued to my Cash Credit History for the same “Instagram 101” training:

"Congrats Kaju! 10 of your training cash credits has been approved...."

Now add to this the following screenshot update of my Cash Credit History shortly after I received the email from WA.

If the entire filled Blue Bar represents +20 credits or 100%, then if on Wednesday May 23 my Blue Bar was 55% - 65% full, then by Thursday it dropped to only 5% -15% full, this difference represents 50% or +10 credits.

Hence this was the exact amount of +10 credits approved in the email from Kyle and Carson and that were issued to my Cash Credit History by WA on Thursday morning.

My Conclusions:

Therefore, the Blue Bar will shift and reset based not on what credits you “cash out”, but solely based on what WA training cash credits get approved and are “added” to your Cash Credit History.

Anytime you receive an early training cash credit, your Blue Bar will be depleted.

Think of Your Blue Bar Like a Gas Tank Meter

So for now on think of your “Blue Bar” as your dynamic "Cash Credit History" odometer or better yet a gas tank meter – it is in constant flux and will move up and down (right or left) according to how many of your training cash credits are being approved and pumped in by WA or exhausted out.

And this now makes perfect sense to me, since by receiving early training credit approvals by WA that one can cash out at any time, WA is delaying you from reaching the completion of higher training levels at the benefit of enabling you to receive cashable training credits early.

Although it now will be harder to complete Level 2, Level 3, and each subsequent level (up to Level 5) since the “goal line” is constantly being moved forward, by receiving cashable training credits early you can also cash these credits out earlier – and although such early approved credits will reset your training level gauge (bummer), you may never have reached Level 3 and further higher levels anyway.

If this is the case, I believe this should be an endorsement of "cashing out your training credits early" as there is no benefit to do otherwise, since the Blue Bar dynamically fluctuates and measures your training level of completion based solely on what training cash credits have been approved, not what has been cashed out.

In the end, I now believe this is the reason why Kyle and Carson do not answer every question.

After all, they don't want to make it TOO easy for us, but would rather we solve these varied mysteries ourselves and write blog posts about them!
