You can have a look at paid traffic if you have the money for it. Have an idea of what your doing with paid traffic as you can lose money quickly. Have a look at the PPC training here.

Other than blogging, any other affiliate models?

Jason. I've spent the last year going down rabbit warrens, being encouraged by so-called "gurus" to think that somehow internet marketing as an industry is different to the rest of the world. It's not and I firmly believe that the approach presented to us here is the right approach. I would think hard before putting anything other than high quality, helpful content at the center of your marketing strategy. It's worked very successfully for me in the corporate world for many years and will be the bedrock of my business going forwards. You might like to explore ways to promote your content though, so that you can extend your reach beyond your natural search rankings. PPC is one option, but you might also look at how you can use social channels to drive traffic.
Hope this helps.
Thanks. I definitely agree, quality is the key. I am just looking for another model that doesn't require daily "quality" postings to be successful.

Just had a quick question for the community... should I alternate using h2 and h3 tags when writing my content? To my understanding the title is automatically marked as H1, but
It really is a personal choice and how you feel it looks. I usually use H2 for paragraph titles.
Thanks for your response. So if you use H2 for paragraph titles... do you make the paragraph H2 as well?

I think having a coach / mentor who has more experience than I in building and monetizing traffic would be beneficial to my online business growth. I've done some research onli
I'd pick and choose from various members and ask them questions depending on their main areas of expertise. You'll see some are very active in specific forums. That way you can have a few specialised coaches, not just one jack of all trades.
Hi Jason,
My name is Jay and I conduct the live video classes here at WA.
As @AngelaHall mentioned, it's a better idea to build WA relationships with other members. This way you can have a team of mentors instead of just one. :)
If you have any questions for me, feel free to ask!

Thanks for the tip. I think I am going to just go that route and use the benefits of such a great community. Also, thanks for the trainings.. I've sat in on a few and they have been beneficial.
There is not an official program but relationships are definitely built among members. I have a few more experienced members who I consider as mentors. I know I can go to them if I have any questions and they will be brutally honest with me because they know I want to succeed and want the truth. It has taken some time (a couple months) to develop those trusting relationships though. Start looking at profiles of people you know are making money and reach out to them via a message on their profile or a PM.
I would start by asking a specific question and then implement the advice given. This shows them you are serious. Just develop the relationship. :)
Yeah.. as I fished around online a little more seems like nothing is quite was I was looking for nor is it better than what I can gain as a member of the community. Thanks for you tip.
you area allowed to talk to the owners on how to do anything to do with internet marketing best bet is to ask them question I think

Thanks for the tips. I have visited Warrior Forum many times before but never got active. Like you said that may be a good place to continue searching. Thanks again
This topic of coaches/mentors has been brought up a number of times recently. You could find some of those discussions by entering "coach" or "mentor" in the search box at the top of the page.
There was a huge discussion a couple months ago. Quoting Kyle, regarding the use of PAID mentors or coaches within WA:
"Money contracts online don't work in this industry and rarely end well in business. The reason is that someone always ends up getting the short end of the stick. This is why we don't have this sort of 'scheme' here at WA, it simply won't work and we have seen it fail too many times.
You have access to MANY mentors here at WA as a member, many of whom have made a considerable amount of money online. What is the fee? Nothing outside of your membership fee.
People that reach success here at WA pay it forward and do so in a natural way, when you start creating contracts that is when it no longer becomes paying it forward and it becomes a business partnership, which most fail because of what I mentioned earlier."
Thanks. I saw this note but thought I needed a one on one continuing relationship vs a issue by issue relationship. Your're right the people here are great so using the strength of the community may get me where I need to be.
I would start by simply going to forums. The people here are very helpful. Some people on the warrior forum are helpful. Some on the black hat forums are helpful. That is the way I would go if you are on a budget.
I coach small business owners and entrepreneurs and have always had coaches myself but when I started out I just went into as many forums as possible, started reading the threads and seeing who seemed to know what he was talking about. I then made friends and asked questions.
