I subscribe to a copywriters daily tip which always makes me take a moment to think.
This morning I opened my inbox to find this little offering which rang so true in my head I thought I'd share it with the group as I'm sure we're all a little like this at times.

My previous blog post on having a to do list is a clear example of how this affects me. We all know we need goals and a plan to reach them but so often we neglect to define our goals or stick to our plan.
